Update 1/24/2024I enjoyed the refreshing remodel!Older Post:Crappy organizational structure which reflect outcomes of cheap ways to cut costs like baggers and quality of bags. There are shoopers who elderly, disabled and mothers with many children who need that bagging assistance. Also, the new white bags suck and break easy which makes life harder for these folks.You need to apply a six sigma that identify these work progress issues, increases quality output and is focused on costumer satisfaction.

The management here is absolutely brain dead. Can't even speak or understand proper English and is rude and dismissive for absolutely no reason. I would probably hate myself if I was working at a grocery store old as fuck as well.

Have lived in the area for a few years. This store is fairly consistent with everything. The staff are always friendly to me. I love the deli. And I love pickled ginger on my cali rolls! Thanks sushi maker sir you made my day today

Today I went in the establishment, and began shopping. After a lady sat at the end of the isle talking into a walkie talkie staring at me then followed me into another isle talking about me, the manager (?) Comes up to me and accuses me of stealing. I did not. I told him I was hoping to buy my items and he told me that if I did not want my bag dumped out onto the floor then I needed to go. He allowed me to grab a couple things, on the way to the register he said into the walkie that I was denying allowing him to dump my bag. He'll yeah I was. I didn't do anything wrong. I asked him if they ask all their customers to do so, they said not paying customers. I said I was paying, and he said "after the fact" lol. After what? I didn't even try to leave the store haha. I was all the way in the back. So I proceeded to pay for my items. The man then told me that I needed to find a new store because he "wasn't doing it" and I began to tell him that I actually understood where he was coming from. He walked away mid sentence and pointed at the door. NOT OKAY. It is absolutely not okay the way I was treated for absolutely no reason. I did not present any signs of shoplifting and I want to know how to report this kind of harassment. This is only the gist of what happened!! They spoke to me as though I had actually done something that warranted being spoken to like that. I'm appalled. And very upset. These people need to not work at a grocery store. I'm going to be calling everybody I can about it. Thanks for treating me like that kings! I had literally just spent 100 dollars in the store 2 nights ago too. I'm livid.

Very clean and well stocked as well as this location seems to carry a wider variety of differnt items that I usually dont find at my usual location or even other kings in general. GREAT FLOWER SELECTION!!!

While driving to a parking spot to shop here an employee of this king Soopers BACKED INTO MY CAR and hit my whole rear passenger door and is now trying to tell their insurance it’s somehow MY FAULT??This king Soopers is the trashiest I’ve ever been to but I go to another business in the area frequently. Never again! Do yourself a favor and go to any other grocery store.

They do not have enough staff! Most of the carts were out in the lot, the hand sanitizer and wipes station was empty ? if they just cleaned up the place and made it a bit nicer, it would be good.

The people are rude and typically should not be in any kind of customer service role. I asked for help in self-checkout and the lady called me a j**** If I am spending money then I will find another grocer that actually wants your business and not deal with people who dislike their job and the people they are serving. Screw this place as there are several other markets that still actually value your business and King Soopers is not one of them.

Disgusting staff member is smoking a cigarette right in front of the entrance. I really hope that person is not handling food.I walk in the front door, after walking through a cloud of cigarette smoke, and through the smell of disgusting cigarettes, I experience another unpleasant smell that can only be described as that of a sewer.This store is dirty, gross, and the staff members are blocking entire aisles with large pallets of products while restocking. I have no idea why any customers would want to shop here, but you won’t see me again. This place is absolutely gross.

I use several King Soopers stores in the Aurora CO and SE Denver areas. In each I noticed the variety if items and shelf space in many categories is greatly diminished - breads, canned goods, spag sauces, pastas, rice, dried beans, cleaning products , etc. Instead, beer and wine have taken over huge shelf space - aisles. You can tell this King Soopers is run down and needs a facelift. As well, someone needs to work on making this place smell better. Every time I go here, it smells like dirty baby diapers, not a place you want to buy groceries at when it smells like that.

Update: Well, congratulations King Soopers. You somehow went from bad to worse. Since this place is the closest to my apartment, I went back. The entire store, yes, the entire store, reeked of sewage. Worst near the entrance, but it still lingered through the whole store. Multiple people including myself gave up on shopping and just walked right out. Go to any other King Soopers, this place is going down.Most of the items are stocked which brings this up to 2 stars, but wow, the Deli is in bad shape. They seem understaffed and the people who are there don't care. It was 6:30 PM and the one worker who was behind the counter proceeded to look at me, not even acknowledge me, and continue to hose the floors. I stood there for 15 minutes with no assistance until I gave up and picked up something from the already bagged section. They seem to be incredibly understaffed, not sure what's going on but this store does seem to be going downhill since I've gone there.

I hope this reaches corporate. Now tell me am I wrong for being upset that now unlike it is stated on the doors in the directory on Google maps that this particular kingsoopers now closes there doors 5min early unlike the posted time of 11p.m. now I got to this location at 10:56 and I just needed to grab 1 thing but unfortunately I'm not allowed in during business hours which was stated by Gianna the what I would assume as the front-end floor supervisor and when I mentioned corporate her and the other employees look at each other and then laugh at me. So I'm a little upset, confused, and then humiliated by two employees, one being in a lead position. Is this what King Soopers wants for their customer-oriented image. Is this now the customer service we deserve to be humiliated and within business hours and be rejected to spend and give our money to kingsoopers and not to mention gas and my time waisted. I remember a time where we Patiently waited for that last customer to finish Their shopping. We were happy to get that extra 15min on our paycheck.
