Really nice King Soopers. Always clean and organized. Very rarely out of items. Staff is wonderful, especially the order pick up people, they are always friendly and helpful and do a great job! Only downfall is this location has no fuel center but there is one not too far away

Cannot say enough nice things about my experience with head cashier (I believe) Natalie this evening.11/03/2023. She went above and beyond with helping me find a specific item that was not even stocked yet. And was exceptionally nice and friendly about the matter. Very accommodating and in stark contrast to the customer service one generally receives these days. I for one nominate Natalie for a well deserved pay increase. All hail Natalie.

King Soopers in general has seemed to plummet in quality the past couple years. Products I want disappear completely every week never to return. I ordered pickup from this location and a half dozen items are completely wrong so I have to make another trip to the store.

Brandon at the customer service/money centers and his supervisors are terrible. I have been picking up money from this western union for a year (I have receipts) never had an issue. Now suddenly, they arent able to release the money to me. Will be reaching out to corporate about this. Severely inconvenienced my busy day.

King Soopers is a fine place to go shop, but it's kind of a bummer that they have decided to do away with their baskets at this location. It's physically easier for me to carry a basket. If we can't have baskets anymore, maybe you could increase the number of half-carts you have available? I have a one-sided nerve palsy and steering a big cart is hard for me. Are people stealing the baskets or something? Maybe you can find a way to decrease that without punishing your other customers.

Went to pick up weekly (Thursday) groceries. These items were completely out: jumbo eggs, large cottage cheese container. Some of the other shelves seemed a little spice. Not a big deal, just an observation. Thanks King Soopers! Appreciate you...

I’m using self check with the belt and it’s starts to act up and not ring and the belt starting pushing my items back towards me. I hit the help button. I make eye contact with the clerk and he stands there. After a few moments he helps other customers and still stares back at me. When I started to loose my cool is when he decided to help. Hire people who care and maybe fix your faulty self checkout outs that we are forced to use.

Used to love this location. Super close to me, but the last few times their customer service has gone down. Rude to me when they delay my grocery order by 4 HOURS. they have now done this multiple times. And this last time they were incredibly rude and told to call the manager bc it's not his issue and hung up on me. Safe to say, I will be going to a different location.

The day manager was so so kind, she helped me get my groceries loaded onto the belt and into the bags while I was juggling my baby. She also got me help to my car so I could get my little one in the car seat which just meant the world. This location is always stocked and clean. Thanks for making it such a good experience

This store is managed by a jerk. The performance of his employees reflects his management skills. For some reason, the produce is getting neglected again! Just bought lettuce, potatoes, and other various vegetables. ALL THOWN IN THE TRASH ALREADY. Just got them less than 48 hours ago. Rotten produce, stocking the store during the day! This store has a terrible employee turn over. It's time to call it as I see it! This manager! Is the problem with this store! He just doesn't care any more! What ever is going on at this location, needs to stop! Other stores do not act like this one! Maybe it's time to evaluate some people in upper management. They don't deserve their position there. CLEARLY.

This store should just close down. They are so short handed that most nights the hot deli is closed. Tonight it was open but I’m not sure why, I stood on the hot side for 30 min as two employees stood in the back and one helped the cold side customers. This use to be my favorite store but sense the pandemic is has been horrible and very expensive. Don’t bother.

Ok, so heres my honest review, on the basis of the last straw. I have been shopping at my neighborhood King Soopers store since it was built. Today, as myself and other " normal customers" not only had to shop we also have to unload, scan, bag and reload. Heres the kicker, everyother item has to be either be approved by an associate or scanned by an associate for whatever reason! Then it's vocalized that it was probably something you did wrong! All while we watch a group of people in their pajamas steel large bags of shrimp and what ever else they can fit, and nothing is done about it, WTH. I almost walked out today without paying because i was so frustrated waiting again to make payment until an associate came to scan his badge ......but if i did that then id be just like the pajama people ? I guess its time to find another grocery store. Shame on you King Soopers!

I don't usually have too many problems here... But it's usually pretty busy. Tonight I'm walking up to the 4 self checkout stands they had open (and nothing else) and the lines are far back into aisles. I saw the manager hanging out with another employee at a closed checkout stand talking. I stopped and pointed out the ridiculously long lines and asked for more lanes to be opened.... He did so quickly... But he should be paying closer attention! Or the self checkout employee should have communicated better... Either way, as a customer, it shouldn't have been my job to point this out.
