Not as busy as your average King Soopers in this state, even more impressive that it's in Denver tech center.

Very strange King Soopers employee sits outside playing with his jeep car alarm for hours it seems like because I'll leave and he's still there when I come back to the plaza, this is also almost daily. Very strange behavior

Calvin, the assistant manager in the produce, was such a helpful individual! He helped me find my favorite veggie, broccoli, and he made sure it was as fresh as can be! What a hard working young man!

I just bought these Hostess Donettes. After biting into one noticed how unbelievably stale it was. I looked at the package and saw they expired in August. Last week, I wanted to buy some grapes but they were moldy. This is unacceptable and I will be shopping at a location going forward.

Just amazes me how people working in customer service have NO people skills.Did not have one pleasant or even friendly employee encounter. Guess they are just unhappy!!

Awesome store, great selection of dairy free alternatives and other healthy options for people with allergies. The prices are comparatively good... but could be better.

The latest and greatest straw thats breaking my back with this place is frozen eggs. I dont even know how they managed it. If you really want the King Soopers shopping experience, my advice is to burn some money, starve yourself, and save yourself the drive.

Home town grocery style. All shelves full. Not a huge selection on cheeses but it had options. Good service.

Rude staff. Lynette was terrible she was complaining about her kids inappropriately too much to do her job. Worst customer service experience. Did me a favor won't shop this king soopers.

The self checkouts are a pain. They're so sensitive now and constantly need someone to come over and allow you to keep scanning. I guess they're going over board on trying to crack down on people stealing food, but it's become ridiculous. I feel like a criminal every time I shop here, and it gives me a lot of anxiety.

Managers try not to identify themselves and duck responsibility creating excuses and not Solutions. Even something as easy as to direct me to the vendor responsible. So many third-party vendors, that I guess rent space in the front of the store, cannot be held accountable after money is lost. The place is ransacked anytime after 3:00 p.m. I literally have a center console full of rain checks. The water machine has been down for a month. The produce especially the onions and more often the potatoes looked as if they've been in warehouses since covid started. The store has closed at 11:00 p.m. since the pandemic and as looks of it still can't get caught up with a proper stock and front and face. I became a Costco member 3 years ago, and working in Centennial driving past so many other supermarkets I hold my loyalties here. This store continually gives me more and more reasons to shop elsewhere. As a member of the public to see unions Prevail strike after strike but customer service continue to fail and get worse, I don't know who's winning here. Definitely Walmart

Today is April 12,2023 and this is my second GREAT review about the TERRIFIC employees at King Scoopers’ 1700 East Iliff Avenue Store #49. I received FANTASTIC assistance from VEE this afternoon at the self-checkout counter. VEE was very happy to spend time ensuring that I was receiving King Sooper’s loyalty member discounts on my discounted items. VEE was extremely patient, very kind and so helpful.Although this King Soopers location is not near my neighborhood, I LOVE coming here due to WONDERFUL, VERY KIND and EXTREMELY HELPFUL employees like JEFF, STEPHANIE, BREANNA, DOMINIQUE and ASHLEY!This King Soopers store has GREAT prices & FRIENDLY and HARD WORKING employees like JEFF, STEPHANIE, BREANNA, DOMINIQUE and ASHLEY! I really appreciate the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE that I consistently receive at this King Soopers location!

Like most king soopers these days, they have a hard time keeping things on the shelf, especially their own products

Bait and switch; repeat ad infinitum. I wanted some kosher salt, so I looked online. King Soopers offers its own brand at $3.49 for three pounds, so I went there. The store just happened to be out of its own brand, but it did have Morton kosher salt for $.50 more, only I don't believe this is a coincidence, because something similar happens all the time when I shop for groceries. When I got to the register, the Morton salt just happened to ring up for $.30 more than the shelf price, only I don't believe that is a coincidence either, or that it should be attributed to a supposed labor shortage. It's long, long past time that Attorneys General acted against gouging grocery store chains! If they offer goods for sale at a particular price, they should stock those items at the advertised price or be heavily penalized.
