  The entrance and customer service as always look very dirty...THE WORST ABOUT THE STORE...having 30 cashiers they can never pass anyone to that side...and there is always only one person serving there😤

  No carts no open registers no staff offering help or even a smile. I get into the long line standing in the aisle I finally get up there and im watching the way the girl is treating the older gentleman in front of me he is telling her thank you in Spanish he was smiling she ignored him he looked at me and shrugged his shoulders I get up to my turn I said hello how are you she ignored me throwing my groceries down the counter smashing my bread I said to her “bad mood?” She rolled her eyes an snuffed at me. I said to her she “shouldn’t take it out on her customers” like damn we didn’t do anything we’re buying groceries with the other options in the neighborhood I try not to go there but reluctantly I did. Ms Val needs to teach her how to treat customers I’ve been a customer for a decade. With all the rainbow colors she was wearing you think happy but she was the opposite
  Register #14 1/8/2025 please talk to her it’s not fair to your customers, I’ve seen the manager he’s nice and doing his best but he wasn’t there or I would’ve told him

  So many people for so early in the morning and not enough cashiers I couldn't even get my laundry detergent cuz I kept pushing the button and no one would come help me and I believe cases are a little higher than Walmart not a fan at all

  My family and I have been shopping here for 30+ years. They've had they're ups & downs yet they are still better organized and stocked than most Safeways. Just Saying🤷

  I went there yesterday and usually I have very nice and courteous cashiers. Twice I had a lady with dark hair wearing a hat with glasses who didn’t even smile at me. The last time I was there I told her I hope you have a better day and she was very angry at me. I don’t know if she remembered me but she had the same attitude when I was being rung up last night. However, the male customer after me she was really nice too. I don’t know if she has an attitude towards me or if she knew him.

  This King Soopers is repeatedly a disappointment - misleading and complicated sale discounts that are not honored at checkout, long self checkout lines, surly employees who are often not helpful and a chaotic parking lot.
