Before the strikes for the employees occurred customer service and the armed guards leaves a lot to be desired. Add on top of that self checkout lines going all the way down the aisles and people are just irritated all the time. If I'm going to bag my own groceries and go through self checkout and all the hassle why would I support workers getting a higher pay? That's the problem I have, I'm not an employee, My family and I will now be going to alternative stores that provide better customer service without the armed guards watching your every move.

Somehow with all the bs strike, and union members harassing paying customers........
this store was the cleanest and best ran experience that I have had inside any King Soopers within the last 5 years.
I have lived in Aurora for 12 years and have visited this King Soopers multiple times a week for the entirety, King Soopers warm body problem seems to be their biggest problem.
Fire anybody who is not been key to running the store over this stretch of strike by their Union.
Night and day difference in customer service and quality of experience.

Because my card was rejected for the first two transactions, I took the windshield washer fluid I purchased after the third successful transaction. The security guard stopped me at the door. A lady said my transaction was canceled. I returned the windshield washer fluid. But my bank account was still deducted

i came in for common ingredients for cooking such as bread crumbs for making meatballs, the directory only showed bread and no bread crumbs then at the right bottom corner of the sign i literally saw enough empty space for 7-8 more entries on the directory sign. tried to search the store for employees and found NOBODY not even a single person restocking shelves which makes sense when i regularly come in and see empty shelves and hardly anything left for certain items, then on top of that security racially profiled me just because i walk out the store without buying anything even though i did not touch a single item on the shelves let alone take anything. worst kings to shop at
