I was with my friends approximately 8 p.m. today, 01/25/2024, I accompanied them to place an Instacart order at the time of payment, a woman named CHERYL, a parking employee, told us that we could not pay at the automatic checkout that we had to go to another place, she did it in the worst way making gestures with her face and movements with her hands, after changing places another lady named Maria Angelica took care of us in the best way. I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. His attitude made us feel like we were criminals. Is this how employees treat customers?

Today they made me feel humiliated and discriminated against by a staff at this supermarket because when I went to pay, this person in charge of the checkout, CHERYL, in a rude manner, addressed me and my two friends saying that we couldn't pay at those checkouts. . Ok I understand that if it couldn't be done, it wasn't such a rude way to address your treatment towards us, I feel very upset by the lack of respect that this staff Cheryl refers to us, a bad education and lack of understanding and knowledge that is "customer service". I am a delivery for the Instacard application and I have made many purchases for clients of this supermarket and it is the first time that a place has made me feel this way. I hope Supervisors and Manager take action on the matter!

The service desk is always busy and there's never more than 1 person working. Be prepared to stand in line 20-30 minutes.

This store has some serious customer service issues! On Saturday January 13th I went into this location to pickup a few items and when I went to checkout in the self checkout counter a rude cashier by the name of Michael refused to help me when I asked him if there were any more plastic grocery bags or any kind of bags he said no I then said I’ll get a grocery buggy he said we don’t have any of those either. I had to pick up all the items I purchased by hand and walk over to where the buggies are kept and there was some available. Michael lied to me or refused to help. I then left the store with groceries unbagged in my buggy in subzero temperatures to load them in my car. I had to go to a nearby gas station to get plastic bags to load my groceries in so they don’t fall all over the back of my car. Michael the cashier isn’t held accountable by management for his poor service when he tried to ignore me, refuse to help and the store overall had ZERO grocery bags paper or plastic, a cashier who openly lied to a customer about not having anymore available carts (buggies) I’m in the process of reporting Michael to corporate for his negligence lack of integrity and unprofessionalism on the job so anyone who shops in this store be aware of this employee.

I just had such a bad time every time I visit the Colmado de la Mississippi, we are paying and this little girl who doesn't know how to treat the public the first thing she does she doesn't take her eyes off us, behind my back she smashes a basket onto the floor and I obviously got scared. Then he looks at me badly, I go back to my side to look at I don't know what and obviously you already feel harassed. Then he rudely corrects us on something at the checkout and then he continues scolding and I mean scolding because his treatment was always hostile. Obviously it got to a point where I had to speak to him in the same hostile way because I was with my children and my husband. This happened today, January 10, 2024 at 8:30 pm or so. If you have a job, thank God because I'm not going to let anyone mistreat anyone, if they don't know how to deal with people, they'll quit. The girl has black hair with chubby blue tips.I hope they improve their choice of personnel better. That's why there are cameras and they can see the way she burst the basket. I hope you take action and at least talk to your staff to treat the customer better because without us there is no work.

The store and assortment is good, but the service is definitely terrible!! 2 minutes ago Michael, a blonde man with long hair held by a colleague and a mustache, basically pushed me when I got to the self-checkout counter. Arguing that it does not accept cash. And your manager on duty who is right there. He did absolutely nothing. Terrible and I definitely felt discriminated against…

My husband was there about 20 minutes ago to get some vegetables for a holiday party. He asked the woman unloading asparagus if he could get a container of asparagus and she proceeded to berate my husband, raising her voice to tell him he needs to call ahead if he needs large quantities, that they don’t get another order of asparagus for two days so he’s taking from everyone else. Really shocking way to treat your customer, my husband turned around and walked out without purchasing anything. Really bothered by this interaction.

They have good customer service but they will also assume you to be some criminal. I went to pick up groceries and spent over 200$ but they had people follow me around the store and stand out be my vehicle, and watch me leave.Assuming and harassing your customers is not cool to say the least.

I just wanted to show some appreciation to the customer service personnel and especially Thomas in Security for tending to my mother, who was having car troubles in the parking lot. I reached out to customer service who put Thomas on the line and he rushed out and attended to my mom, fixed the problem and got her on her way home. Thank you all so much for your quick reaction time and willingness to help. Keep up the good work!!!??????
