We recently planned to install shades for our home and were introduced to Mr. Babu through a referral. When we first visited Stone City and met Mr. Babu and Ms. Sanjana, we weren’t quite sure what to expect—but the experience exceeded our expectations in every way.

We did not know that Stone City offers a comprehensive range of home development and remodeling services, including granite and quartz countertops (design, material selection, fabrication, and installation), full cabinet design and installation, blinds and shades, as well as complete kitchen and bathroom design and remodeling. Also, they serve all around Denver and nearby cities like the Springs and Boulder.

For our shades, we were impressed by the wide variety of designs, colors, and materials available. Mr. Babu and his team patiently walked us through the options and helped us design the right combination of motorized and manual shades, choosing materials best suited for different areas of our home. We never felt rushed and truly felt supported in making the right decisions. What stood out to us was their consultative approach. They focus on understanding customer needs and recommending customized solutions rather than pushing a sale.

We also had a tight timeline due to upcoming travel. Mr. Babu clearly understood the urgency and expedited the order at no additional cost. The installation was scheduled around our availability and was executed flawlessly. A highly professional and well-trained crew installed over 20 shades within just a few hours. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward—we literally had nothing to worry about.

What truly sets Stone City apart is their post-sale service. Weeks after the installation, Mr. Babu personally followed up to ensure everything was working well. He even volunteered to fine-tune the motorized shades so our kids could operate them easily. He brought his team back, checked every shade, and made sure everything was perfectly adjusted.

“I recently had my family’s chair and table set restored beyond its original glory with Kunicki Restoration! This was a set made by the carpenter who made all the furniture in the famous Hofbräu Haus in München, Germany. My parents were stationed nearby in the early 1960’s, and my mom was able to track down the carpenter and commission him to make table/chair sets for all the US Army officers. Our set has traveled all over the world as we moved back and forth between Germany and the USA. This was a daily use table and chair set that had seen no TLC since 1964. After my father passed, I rescued it from my brother’s pool house. Water stains from a flood, and general neglect had settled in over the years until I met with Chris! He enthusiastically brought back the stunning beauty that the years of neglect were hiding. I am so happy with his work. Chris shows a passion for restoration. You can feel it from the first handshake. Highly highly highly recommend him for any restoration project!!”

“Capo Kitchen and Baths upgraded our tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower in the in-suite bath in our guest room to accommodate my 88 year old father who moved in with us. Heather did a wonderful job of creating the perfect shower that took into account my aging father’s abilities to get in and out of the shower, the need for a bench seat and grab bars and a niche for his toiletries. Her attention to detail, including things I would have never have thought of, like the quartz shower pan that matched the counter top, was exceptional. And the best thing was keeping the design from looking like a nursing home shower! The construction from demolition of the existing tub/shower to installation of the new shower was seamless and on budget. The crew was diligent about cleaning up at the end of each day’s work and making sure the final project was just as we wanted. We are very pleased with everything.”

“We had been considering a tub to shower conversion for a couple years. With my wife having another recurrence of her cancer we decided it was time. Of the quotes we got from three companies we saw at a home show, Bath Pros was the best. And Mitchell was excellent. He was straightforward and not pushy. He was very helpful in discussing what we wanted and how to place accessories in the shower. And he understood how important it was for us to get this done. We also liked the fact that it is a family business and they only do bathrooms, and primarily just in Colorado and Nebraska. The conversion took a little longer than expected because we only had a one person installer instead of a team of 2. But Juan did an excellent job. He took his time to make sure everything was done right and was very careful, especially when hauling out the tub and bringing in the wall sections which he cut outside. My wife was able to enjoy the ease of getting in the shower instead of having to step over the edge of a soaking tub for at least a couple of months before she was no longer strong enough to accomplish that. And sadly she passed away this past Sunday. I am so grateful to Mitchell and Bath Pros and definitely recommend them highly.”

“I was trying to hook up a European bidet, but for warmer water I wanted to hook it up to the sink line instead of the toilet line. I went to Lowe's because it was closer but their lack of knowledge had me coming and going with little success. I then called Brook at George T Sanders, branch #3, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and invited me to come in. Once I arrived Brian helped me take a different look at the project and he actually figured out how to make the connection that I had been struggling with for over a week. “I had the pleasure of working with Erika and her team—Matthew, Coleby, and Antonio—on a partial floor replacement project in our office at Horizon Organic Dairy this past December. Our target completion date was the end of 2025, and they worked extremely hard to achieve that goal successfully.

“We had a wonderful experience working with Jeri! She took the time to walk us through every detail and option, making the entire design process feel easy and collaborative. While I’ve previously designed a kitchen alongside a professional designer and had some knowledge going in, I’m not fluent in all the technical terms—but Jeri instantly understood what I was describing and brought my vision to life.

“This morning, we met with Kevin at Granite Depot. He arranged the templates on our 2.5 quartzite slabs for our kitchen countertop, 2 bathroom countertops and our bar countertop. He was very precise and thorough and explained the process as he went through it. He was a “magic man” at arranging the templates for perfect matches at the seams!
