Sephora and I’m delighted.! Most notably -by the service of the associate named Audrey. She was professional, courteous, pleasant and very personable. I want to keep coming back there! BTW, with her help I found exactly what I needed. Thumbs up, Audrey and Sephora!

Kohl's always has the best customer service. The gentleman that helped me was transferred from another store I really wish I could remember his name but thank you for helping me and thank you for your great customer service

My in store experience was quick and easy. But my first and only kohls.com experience was the worst online purchase process ever and possible fraud will be determined by Colorado attorney general. Placed items in the cart at a sale price and told a receipt email would be sent soon. 12 hours later it arrived and all items for above the sale price I agreed to. Called to resolve with customer service to no avail. No supervisor was available but I would promise a call back from a supervisor which never happened. I was offered Kohl's cash to make up for the mistake and I refused. I wanted the items at the price I had agreed to and was trying to resolve the matter 48 hours before the items even shipped.
"PLEASE CANCEL THE ORDER OR GIVE ME THE PRICE I AGREED TO" I was told the order could not be canceled. I received it 10 days later I made to go to a Kohl's store for a full refund totaling defeating online purchase value of not having to deal with high Christmas traffic in stores and traffic. Never again.

I just went to pick up an item that I ordered online, it was quick in and out. Store is very organized and friendly and helpful staff.
