How is it possible that LA Insurance will charge $300 for a full coverage insurance from The General. and I got the same coverage from a different insurance agent for $200 from The General!

I wanted to pay the insurance for my truck. I am an elderly person with poor hearing, so I had to repeatedly ask what she said. The person behind the counter, Liana, became rude and arrogant towards me, her behavior was absolutely unprofessional. When I pointed out to her that I was older than her father, she advised me to complain. What kind of people do you have in your team? Don't care about a professional approach?
