I encountered a significant issue with a scheduled appointment. I arrived for my 3 p.m. appointment this past Wednesday, only to find the establishment already closed. I did not receive any prior notification or a courtesy call to reschedule. This lack of communication demonstrates a disregard for clients' time, which is highly unprofessional and disappointing.

This place sucks. I’ve been waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time with no answers as to when I will get this over with. Apparently the computer went down but there was only one person working the lab and no one came out to explain the situation.

Horrible experience, the supervisor since the moment of check in was yelling at me and being rude because I was a walk in.. when I was inside the lady was being super disrespectful to the 2 ladies that work for her even if they were trying super nice with the 2 patients inside… she couldn't print and decide to start punching the printer until the lady that works there said please stop before u break something

THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE JULY 2025 UNTIL TODAY 8/11, AND COUNTING!!
But they still allow appointments, which is such a disappointment. LabCorp needs to do better.

I didn’t have any issues. Made a same day appointment online. Checked in 10 mins early. Was seen on time. I emailed them my orders from my doctor and I was out in 15mins. I will be returning to this location.

I’ve gone here twice now to get blood drawn. I have been told by prior experiences that I should suggest a baby needle because my veins are small. Well I have and I have seen the same lady twice now. Explaining that my veins aren’t the best to get . She tried both arms not getting anything . She’s had to ask someone else both times and they have gotten it first try. Last time I had a guy Karol, “the guy with the glasses” he was very nice and knowledgeable. Saying that sometimes people just need to think outside the box. He drew my blood slightly above where you typically get blood from the vein. My veins just arent in the “normal”places but he got it so fast and easy. I’m hoping he is still there when I need blood drawn cause I will be asking for him each time. He is the only reason I have this review stars

This location literally sucks and their staff is literally so unprofessional, had people waiting outside for for 30+ minutes and finally came out saying that they're internet went out.

The phlebotomist at this location today was remarkable! My mom needed a blood draw ordered by her doctor. The lovely lady was kind, caring, professional and efficient! My mom barely felt the needle and there was not bruising at the draw site. The only negative is that this location needs a new check-in kiosk.
