LabCorp in Southlands is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly and the facility is super clean. I always do a walk-in since the online never has appointments available.

I stopped by the LabCorp inside the Walgreens at Southlands Mall a couple of minutes before 8 a.m. without an appointment. I added my name to the waitlist and was in and out in about eight minutes total! The two ladies working this morning were incredibly kind and welcoming. The phlebotomist took one look at my arm, knew exactly what to do, and got it on the first stick—quick, painless, and no bruise at all. Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting blood drawn. Highly recommend this location!

I had a great experience getting my blood drawn here! It was very easy to make an appointment online. The phlebotomist Samantha was incredibly kind, and worked quickly but precisely. If you want quality, compassionate care come here!!!

This LabCorp is closest to my home so I go there whenever I need labs drawn.
Today, Diana was my lab tech and she has been my lab tech quite a few other times in the past year+...
She is always smiling, friendly and does a great job drawing blood without bruising me or making me want to faint, lol! She is quick and efficient.
I always like to get my blood pressure checked while I'm there...Diana is happy to do that for me!
Always 5 stars ***** when I visit this LabCorp, absolutely no complaints!!!
Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at the Labcorp in Walgreens on Smoky Hill Rd in Aurora! It was for a blood draw and I'm generally a hard stick. I have tiny veins and when med techs can find them, the darn things move.
Diana was incredible! First of all, she listened to me when I said I had difficult veins. And then she went right to work, found a vein she could work with, and within less than a minute she was drawing blood. She was also friendly and professional. All told, from kiosk check-in to walking out the door, it took less than 10 minutes (and that includes a stop at the checkout counter to reward myself with a bag of gummy bears). :)

One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with any company. Went to the location on Hampden. It was closed with no notice. They told me to go to Smoky Hill. Went to Smoky Hill and the sign was outside the door. I logged into the LabCorp website which was down. Said the portal will be down for the day . So I Sat there for 30 minutes. Waiting for the door to open so I could ask a question. The door finally opened. The lady grabbed something from the kiosk outside and quickly shut the door as I was trying to get her attention. Called the phone number. I just talked to an automated person for about 20 minutes. What an unprofessional company.

I did a walk in blood draw. The check in was incredibly easy. I barely sat down before they called my name.
I didn’t catch the names of the two women working there today, but they were so incredibly sweet, thoughtful and gentle. I have a really hard time with blood draws, so they helped distract me, and collaborated together to find a good vein before poking me.
Very impressed 🙃

Don’t listen to the negative reviews from months or years ago!
The two employees in the Labcorp part of this Walgreens were very friendly and super efficient. I arrived a little early, did the virtual check in and got a text to come in a few minutes later. I was done and leaving before my scheduled appointment time even arrived! The tech was great at drawing blood and very nice the entire time. I’d definitely come back to this location.

This blood draw location is the best place to get blood work. Made appointment and since no line I was taken back early. The staff is super nice and helpful. I usually have problems with getting my blood drawn but they got it on the first time. I would say if you need to get blood work and live near Southlands. Should go this location. I am only going to get my blood work here going forward.

Honestly id ignore the bad reviews here, checking in was super easy the whole staff was friendly and it was quick and easy to get my employment drug test completed
