Honestly id ignore the bad reviews here, checking in was super easy the whole staff was friendly and it was quick and easy to get my employment drug test completed

I was apprehensive of using this Labcorp facility based on the reviews, but I had absolutely no problems. Unfortunately, like many reviews, more people take the time to leave bad ones and complain. The online appointment tool was easy to use, and the appointment was on time and quick. The lady working was friendly and professional.

Drove 20 minutes to arrive and see a paper on the checkin that they will NOT be seeing any walk-ins. The tech was rude. There was no one else waiting and with two techs there, refused to take care of the labs ordered by Dr!!! This was at 1:30 in the afternoon.

Went in because the website said walk-ins are welcome, but after trying to sign in with my information, I was turned away because they are short staffed. No appointments available for several days, so I would recommend going elsewhere

Horrible experience. I had a 12:30 appointment, checked in at 12:25, and the lab tech decided not to take any appointments for an hour. They simply sat inside the office ignoring everyone, even though we had appointments.

Truly the most rude interactions with every customer in line in front of me. Belittling. Degrading. I felt so bad for one older woman, especially, who had been fasting and was told by staff yesterday to come back today. The tech yelled at her. She ended up leaving almost crying. You need to let this tech go.

Horrible experience with Labcorp. I had one turn me away because I didn't have an appt, but they said I could walk into this one. Instead of doing that though, I made an appt because I was tried of driving all around town for this. Even with an appt, they turned me away, claiming I didn't have one. Unfortunately my email was crashing on my phone so I couldn't prove it. They were incredibly rude about it. Quest is so much easier to deal with. You can typically walk in without an appointment, with no wait.

Went online and made an appt for 12:45pm. I got a call at 11:20am stating that this office is closed for lunch until 1:00pm. Over 30 minutes late and the incredibly rude tech stating I’m not on the schedule and putting three others above me, I finally got in. Y’all deserve the rating you have.
