This is an awful lab to get anything done. The staff is rude, condescending and can be belligerent. I arrived yesterday for a scheduled appointment. I arrived ten minutes early and no one was at the front desk. They had put a sign on the front desk with instructions to sign in at the kiosk. I could hear staff members behind the wall laughing and goofing off while the lobby was full without even one available seat. I signed in on the kiosk and waited. Finally a staff member showed up and he was very focused and said someone would be with me in a moment then disappeared though a door leading to the back office. Finally a young g woman appeared, I informed her that I had an appointment and that’s when the problem began. She began explaining that there were a lot of people waiting in front of me, ( who knows if they were walk-ins or had appointments as well) that they were having a computer issue and blah, blah, blah. She was extremely condescending and rude. I asked her to stop with the condescending attitude and she then got really rude. I asked her name ( I believe she knew I was going to use it in a negative review). She would not give even her first name and disappeared to the back office. I went through the doorway to the back and saw all the staff at a counter back there laughing, goofing off and when they saw me they told me to leave, that I could not be back there ( for obvious reasons, they didn’t want anyone to see them goofing off). This was my second terrible experience in a row at this location. Both times I ended up leaving without the blood draw. I’m in the process of filing a formal complaint with LabCorp’s corporate office. It’s really a shame that these people cannot simply do the jobs they were hired to do. I’ll never go back to LabCorp again.

I almost passed out after my blood was drawn. Abby and Azsia were really kind, they took care of me and made me comfortable. Thank you for your kindness

Rude woman at the desk... name was silth or hilth or something. she didn't want to tell me her name. I guess not after she yelled at me bc I wrote my name on the check in sheet. She proceeded to call the man waiting quietly in the chair behind me "the impatient one in the corner" and then told me I was so rude to hand her my papers through the windows since she apparently didn't understand my English in telling her what I needed..Apparently it was the other man's turn first and I should have known that bc I read minds.. There's no way I was letting her stick my kid after all that. You need a new job lady, your miserable! Apparently this company doesn't care tho since I see dozens of previous reviews stating the same thing... no wonder my doctor right there in the same office suggested we go to children's for bloodwork.. incompetent..

The front desk lady needs to find a new job. The one with the horrible blush makeup. The person in front of me got nothing but attitude and she gave me attitude as well. Not our fault you have to be at work. Find a new profession. Literally every other place I been to they have had great customer service. This place is trashy just due to the people they hire. I hope you are reading this. Disrespectful, snarky, and just straight up disgusting.

Made an appointment for drug testing here at 3, just for me to get there and the front desk woman to rudely tell me they "only do drug tests from 7a-2:30p, so come back Monday" ma'am, I can't come back Monday, I have a job.
If you don't do drug tests at 3, why is it an option to schedule it then? Fix it.

They were pretty busy when I arrived and moved through things quickly, efficiently and were communicative throughout the process. Staff are very helpful, patient, friendly, and professional.

I was nervous about coming here due to the negative reviews, but everyone I dealt with was nice and quick. I didn't have an appointment and was helped right after checking in. One of the fastest lab work experiences I've had!

Front desk woman was very rude and doesn't know how to speak with people. She needs a real lesson on customer service and just because she does something all day doesn't mean the customer understands the process. I have been in customer service for over 25 years and just WOW!

Best Labcorp experience I've ever had, honestly! It was a super simple and stress-free process, which I was surprised by after reading so many negative reviews. I know walk-ins are accepted, but I highly suggest going online and making an appointment... and first thing in the morning, if possible. I was able to get a same day appointment on a Wednesday morning. I checked in on my phone from the parking lot and was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. The girls at the front desk were pleasant and the two phlebotomists I worked with were very friendly and did a great job!

The two people at the front desk named Becky and Michelle are the most unprofessional unpleasant people you'll ever have to deal with in the medical industry.. if I could give less stars I would..

They actually close at 11:45am not noon as printed and stated on papers and Google maps & their phone number. It's very misleading. Abby had a snarky attitude, you can tell they're working just for a paycheck not to help people. It doesn't surprise me because of the location and others reviews.

A little bit hard to find, but DEFINITELY worth it!!
This was the fastest, easiest, labwork I've ever had done!
I've had mosquito bites that hurt worse than this!
These are true professionals.
And they have a gorgeous mountain view, plus decorated walls (unheard of at every other lab I've been to).
They even have automatic doors, & handicapped parking, to boot.
I HIGHLY recommend this LabCorp location!! HIGHLY!
