This location is excellent in care, great staff and the office is so clean. The entire staff are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Excellent! They really care about patients.

Had a scheduled appointment at 11:15 and I duly checked in before 11 am and waited inside the room.I was called at 11:10 and handed over my papers and again waited.I noticed walkins and persons who came much later (15 to 30 minutes later) got their chance but I was kept waiting.At about 12:00 I asked the assistant what is happening, why am I waiting when some personswho came 30 minutes later already got their chance.She was totally unapologetic and then said next is my turn.If I had not asked I would have waited for one more hour probably.There is no indication how many are waiting , when is my turn, and there is no respect for appointmentseverything is being run by the whims and fancies of the person at the counter.Totally bad experience and waiting for almost an hour even with scheduled appointment is totallyunacceptable and having to see everyone else walking in before you.I don't think anyone in labcorp is bothered about customer service or patient care.If you have a choice please don't ever go to Labcorp on Potomac, the worst experience ever.

They have hourly attendance on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 p.m but they close at 11:00 a.mAnd when we try to ask about they are close early the are mad and answer in a really bad mode respond like we clock in the last pacient at 11:30, but that’s not true because today I arrive at 11:20 and they already had closed the door.When one user go out one girl who works there go with him and told to us we are close now see you next week in a really bad mood and then she smash the door.Those guys are really unfriendly, and don’t follow the schedule what is posted on the web site and on the door.AWFUL SERVICE

One of the two receptionists was the rudest person I’ve encountered in a while. Kept yelling for people to check into the kiosk but failed to mentioned that clients with an appointment had first priority. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a 1 minute procedure. She then told me I never checked into the kiosk and continued being rude when I pushed to be seen since I had an appointment. Being busy at your shouldn’t be an excuse to disrespect customers.

I'll give this place credit it was clean inside there's places to sit and I was able to get in and get my blood drawn and get out quickly and the staff was very polite I just wish that they would return phone calls.

The front desk person was very helpful, however an older lady with gray hair had a poor attitude and was very loud and obnoxious the entire duration of my visit, she was loud enough that all patients can hear her attitude, it was apparent she didn't want to be there. She called me back to room 1, she assumes that I as the patient know where thats at and the handle in the waiting room to the lab rooms is locked, I couldn't get in and instead of receiving kind patient care, she gets an attitude and makes a rude comment to her co workers that clearly could hear. I asked her to please be respectful and she slammed down her things, walks out of the room and in front of me asks another person to draw my blood because she couldn't work with me. and couldn't even work up the courage to draw my blood when I asked her to be more polite. How is the patient supposed to know where to go if the staff don't escort them? Worse than that, to treat a patient that way is a disgrace. She needs to be fired. It would be nice for a follow up from management, completely unacceptable

They have many locations, but if you look at their hours of operation many close at Noon, 3:30 etc. They are short three staff members at this location alone today. I am in a waiting room right now off Potomac with 17 people in it and about 6 people in the hallway waiting. I called last week to make sure they had my orders and now after waiting for over an hour they say they don’t have them. Labcorp has some serious issues right now. Try not to use them unless you have to!!!

Walked in on a Tuesday morning and it was super busy, but they got me in and out within 5 minutes of checking in! They are extremely professional, quick, and so friendly!!!

Pros - friendly staff, got sample with one stick, in and out quickly.Cons - I wasn't paying attention and realized as I was walking out the door that they didn't validate who I was when I was in the room (didn't ask for my name, DOB, anything) and didn't show me the labels on the vials or ask me to confirm any of my information once the vials were drawn. If they had done proper patient and specimen identification I'd give them 5 stars.

Joyce is pretty amazing. I've always hated getting blood drawn because I have small deep veins and more often than not throughout my life, my experience is painful and too many pokes(attempts). Joyce got my vein on her first try and other than that slight pinch, it wasn't painful. She was done before I even thought she started. If you have difficult veins, I suggest you request Joyce.

Rihanna was very polite, and did and did a great job on drawing my blood sample. She got my very difficult vein in the first try. I was seriously impressed.

If I could give a rating of 0 I would. My mom had to do some labs and when we arrived there were about 4 employees sitting around. When I showed the lab order paper I was rudely told to go and do it on the computer. I asked if the front desk could do it for me and the response was you have to do it. So I was struggling to sign in and I saw other patients especially elderly ones who were struggling with signing in on the self sign in kiosk.The customer service is very bad, as employees they should be more helpful.

The office is run very efficiently. Check-in is quick and easy. The employees are friendly and good at their jobs. Joyce was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Very quick and easy! Rihanna was so kind, thoughtful and gentle. Will definitely continue coming here when needing lab work.
