This is my favorite Lane Bryant store. It is close to my home, and the customer service is always great. They let me know promptly when my packages come in.

Sara is amazing! She is one of the leads who works at this location, she went over and beyond to make sure I got the right bras and when I came back with a concern about couple of the other items I purchased she just fixed the issues and even gave me an extra discount because I came back. This kind of costumer service is what gets a person to come back, makes you feel special & comfortable! I will always only work with Sara because of her calm relaxed non-pushy insightful approach to sales. Sara if you read this you are incredible don’t change anything. Anyone who shops at this location ask for Sara you will have the best experience shopping. I’m a fashion person & love style/shopping and don’t normally want to talk to sales people but I would recommend her in a heartbeat as she changed my mind about it :)

It was wild in the Northfield location tonight. Three white people. 2 males 1 female came into the store. They looked odd. The next thing we know, they start snatching panties out the drawers and bras off the bars. They ran out the door, jumped in a compact white car with no license plates, and speeded off. All I got recorded was the corner of the speeding away. CRAZY!

The cashier that completed my sale went above and beyond to help and was so professional. The other older cashier walked away as i approached the counter on purpose - she is the reason for the -1 star. But I definitely recommend this store

I want to thank the staff for being so awesome! It was a great day but Ms. June and Desiree (spelling?) managed to keep the line moving and we’re super friendly. They really helped me and took the time out to measure me, and do an online order (took several attempts because my card is not eligible for store look up— which I did not know was a thing). It is a very well run store and this location is my first choice
