Marselo G. was great to work with at Len Lyall Chevrolet!He answered all our questions and was knowledgeable about the car we were buying. He has a good sense of humor that made our time with him enjoyable. He was helpful in getting us signed up for My Chevrolet and On Star. He even washed our new car himself so we would have a sparkling clean ride home!He made the experience of buying a car enjoyable. I highly recommend Marselo if you are in the market for a new car!

I bought a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer RS AWD for my son a few weeks ago. I did so while out of state, and almost completely over text and email. At the beginning of my search for this specific vehicle, I contacted several dealerships in all of Colorado. I had no idea how in demand that particular vehicle was and was desperately trying to find one in time for my arrival in Colorado, from Florida. Several people from different dealerships tried to help, but no one actually came through or even believed me to be a serious buyer until I ran across Eric Chavez at LenLyall Chevrolet in Aurora, CO. He took me seriously, found the car I was needing, and within a few days it was all a done deal. I flew in and all I had to do was sign paperwork and leave. It was awesome. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and kind. Even after the purchase I have had some questions and all I have had to do is text him and he always gets back to me right away with an answer and always with a good attitude. If I ever need to buy another car in Colorado, I will be contacting Eric.

I like coming here for service but I’ve noticed customer service hasn’t been the greatest lately. My wife simply asked if the fluids in our truck could be checked and if the washer fluid could be topped off while she took it in for an oil change/tire rotation. They told her it would be topped off and it wasn’t.

I brought my car here to have it serviced. I spoke to Lukas Pawel Jozefko and explained the issues. He assured me they would do their best to figure it out. There were no lights on the dash so he told me they would be going off of codes to fix the problem. I stressed that they needed to let it idle for 20 minutes or so to see what was going on. He said that was manageable. The next day, he told me I would need a repair that would cost $1,094.03. They were going to replace a body control module. I asked him over & over again if he was sure this would fix the problem. He reassured me multiple times that he and his tech were sure the issue would be fixed with this repair. Being the sole provider of my household w/ several dependents, I was worried that spending this amount of money was going to put me in a hole, but I could not risk not having a vehicle, as it is the only car we have. I told him if he was sure it would be fixed, then they could do the work. I got my vehicle back several days later. Fast forward a few days and the car is having the same set of issues. I took it back to them and told them the work they did on my car did not fix it. I emphasized that the car doesn’t act up until it idles/runs for about 20 minutes. The next day Lukas called me and said they had let it run and were able to witness the vehicle’s issues and he admitted to me that they did not let it idle/run long enough the first time to see what was going on. So they ignored what I told them previously in favor of using codes. I expected them to do their due diligence in this situation but they did not. Having the Chevrolet name behind the shop lent a certain amount of trust and credibility to me when I made the decision to go there. The issue ended up being a negative battery cord that needed replacement. I was charged an additional $284.12 to fix it. Why didn’t they drive my vehicle around or let it idle to replicate the problem and make sure it was fixed the first time? I picked up the vehicle the next day and the problem was finally solved. I called the manager to discuss this issue and spoke to Rob Hughes who was very condescending. I explained to him that I authorized the repair because Lukas Jozefko assured me that it would fix the problem. I would not have given them permission to do the work if I knew they were essentially just guessing what the issue was. Rob stated that the code regarding my body control module was a “safety issue”, however it was not affecting the operation of my vehicle. I did not walk into the shop and request a new BCM, I walked in and requested they repair the issue. He claimed that Lukas never said the repair they did was going to fix the issue the first time. If that is true I would have taken the vehicle somewhere else to figure out what’s actually going on, perhaps to a mechanic that would take the slim amount of time I told them to replicate the problems w/ my car. I told him I did not think it was right that I spent almost $1,400 to repair a negative battery cable and he interrupted me and said, “Actually you spent $1,094 the first time and $284 the second time.” So yes, Rob, that does equate to about $1,400 if you actually take the time to do the math. Somehow here, my verbal consent is valid to fix the car but Rob states that Lukas “never said that” when I told him he reassured me it would fix the problem, He stated that he would have his manager contact me and I never heard anything. This experience has been terrible. I want to raise awareness for single moms and people who don't know anything about cars who are thinking about bringing their car to Len Lyall Chevrolet for repairs. This dealership took all of my savings, which is pocket change to them, in favor of making money off a single mom who needed a car to keep life functioning normally. Because of this predatory transaction I will be playing “catch up” financially for a while. Great customer service and the dedication to me as a person was exceptional!! Enoc Lopez was able to find me the exact vehicle I wanted. He went above and beyond to get me into this truck and I am very grateful for that! I will definitely be a continued customer and will definitely refer everyone I can.

Nolan is the man always makes sure I am taken care of no matter what I need I bought a truck from him 10 years ago same place same service and again this week. He always takes care of me like family and gets me the best price he can. Buying my daughters first car from him in two months he ordered it in for us. Use Nolan and use len lyall you will not be disappointed best chevy dealer around worth the drive. I live in Arvada and work in Denver Worth the extra few minutes.

I’ll stick a review in for a friend. My friends car was in the shop for a week to get fixed. Couldn’t offer him a rental but would pay for a Lyft. We use our cars to drive around the city for our job. So not a good idea. Luckily I was leaving and lent him my Toyota for the week. When I met him at Chevy so I could get my car back and he could get his he got back to his place and got a check engine light. Went back and the dipstick wasn’t all the way in. Apparently it’s forgotten all the time. Then today he took the car back in because the coolant fan sounded like a jet engine. The coolant clamp wasn’t put on all the way. After hearing all that I would never recommend a Chevy vehicle or this dealer

Working with fleet trucks that needed a recall. Got all parts ordered and called that parts were in and to take trucks in and should take 2 to 4 hours to complete. Recall takes about 2 days and when we took a truck in they didn’t have the parts that I had already ordered and were told had come in. Then we have to call back in to check if they even ordered them in the first place. Then when I questioned why this is happening the person in the phone gives and attitude and acts like it was my fault for trusting him to order the parts he said he would order.

Kirk took my call and was able to get me in when needed and when I went in for my appoint Kirk greated me and let me know when my car would be ready. I received a text message to inform me it was done. The techs did a great job making sure there was no oil or grease on my car.Great job Great service!!

Incredibly fast and friendly deal. From the time I arrived until the deal was finished in the finance office was an unbelievable 2 hours. They dealt straight with me, and didn't play any games at all. Rigo is an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable about the product.

Len Lyall Chevrolet had the vehicle we were looking for at a reasonable price. Erik Chavez was our salesman and was easy to work with. He was pleasant to work with and professional. We volleyed a couple of times on the price and came to terms fairly quickly. The dealership had been in business with the same family for many years. I'm assuming if they didn't treat their customers well they would be out of business. Overall, a good buying experience.

Best dealerships we worked with out of 10 or more shops that we have worked with over the last 12 years and 10 new vehicle purchases. No emotional games!. All great guys that we worked with! Didn’t think it was possible to find such a great shop. We were so respected we bought a Tahoe after the Silverado purchase was such a success. The deals were without games so we could just go forward. Marcelo is my favorite car salesman!

I gave 4 stars because of Erik's poor attitude towards my Raider team, go figure... Freakin Broncos fans.My experience was very pleasing, Erik was patient, knowledgeable, and very charming. This is my first purchase at a dealership, I wasn't disappointed. The whole team is very professional, caring, and relatable.
