Feel very used. Almost as bad as when a burglar broke into my house and stole my credit cards.
Went to location for the optometrist, who is a friend of a friend and quite good and not part of lens crafters. Got my prescription and figured get my glasses there. Work nights and overnights in a hospital so not much free time to make another stop. Got a $650 set of glasses. Wore then for a month and really not good. Caused me to trip and fall on stairs. Eliminated depth perception. Just bad.
Returned to the store just as closing. Couldn't get refund. Told clerk my work hours and that email is preferable to calls. Can't really stop working on a patient to talk and sleeping when rest of world works. Manager calls and leaves vm to call back. 2 days later another vm. Got up early the next day to call and manager not there. Next day vm saying he is closing the claim. No glasses. Out about $700.
No redeeming quality customer care. But the manager can show a big sale to his corporate cronies.
