We took our 4Runner in last year for new tires and breaks. Since the work was done, the breaks have been squeaky and temperamental. We took the car into breaks plus this weekend who informed us the breaks were put in BACKWARDS and they had never seen anything like it. I called the manager Ronan to let him know, he did not propose a solution and just apologized. Please avoid Les Schwab Tire center for any break issues. Seems like tires is the only thing they can handle

So I set up an alignment and oil change for my truck. I dropped it off at 10am on 12/14 with Eric. I received a call about 10 minutes later saying that my upper ball joints needed to be replaced and they couldn't do the alignment unless this was done. I asked him for pricing and was told $1800. I opted to go with just the oil change and get the alignment done elsewhere. So I went to pick up my truck and pay for the oil change. They said it was $150! Wtf?!? So I was told my filter housing was cracked so they replaced it for a metal one. They never mentioned this during the service which I would assume be appropriate and not surprise their customer with an extra $50 charge. At this point I was done with this place. After paying the service guy, as Eric wasn't available, and before leaving I asked for a quote to replace the ball joints. They never provided me with one so I felt that was a bit odd or suspicious. Anyways I went down to another shop that same day and got my alignment without any issues. Never dealing with this shop again and I hope others do the same. Life is hard enough without people and businesses trying to screw you over!!

For some reason, I convinced myself I could get the tire bead to unseat on my own to change a valve stem. which I quickly reminded myself that is always a terrible idea. Shot over to the local shop. The guys were super nice, also politely agreed that was a terrible idea, and had me out in maybe 30 minutes.

Ronan and the entire team at this shop are awesome! I was here about a week ago and got 4 new tires. It was fast and affordable. Today I got my brakes done, which they suggested during my last visit. They didn't pressure me about the brakes. Ronan showed me the stage my brakes were at and gave me a quote sheet with the full price.I took the quote sheet and made an appointment online. It was so easy and they were expecting me this morning.They've made a customer for life.

Very poor service. I take my car in to get my wipers fixed because they didn't work the previous weekend during the snowstorm so I was very important I got them fixed. I take my car/suv in on 10-31 for the repair as well as a oil change and a general inspection. When they bring my car out I asked if he checked the wipers and he says no takes the car back to check the wipers and tells me I need a new motor and take it to the dealership. I end up taking my car to ServiceStreet across the street and they tell me all I need was a screw to tighten the blade and I also needed transmission and brake fluid. Won't be going back to Les Schwab again. Service Is lacking.

Stopped by twice to repair a tire. First, was 6 hours to tell me tire not repairable (holds pressure). Second 2.5h wait. Not really "free" and quick service, if I have to spend so much time on it. Calculate it in your own hourly wage

Horrible service, told me to bring my truck in and they could put on my new tires on but since I didn't buy my brand new tires from them they can't put them on after telling me they could, they need to make up there mind and get there communication skills better

Been in 4 times after spending almost 1k on new brakes and they still squeak worse than before I took it in. Before this Les Schwab has been awesome.but they can't get my brakes right and it's so annoying. I am glad I can dispute credit card charges cause they did not provide what I paid for and can't fix it. Dealership here I come.

Eric W. was quick to help when I got a flat on the passenger side of my Subaru. Given my model, normally 4 new tires for would be required, but Eric was able to track down 1 and save me a great deal of money which I sincerely appreciated. They are professional and courteous. Owning a car can be a headache, but LST helps keep things simple.

This location is determined to rip off clients. I went in and purchased two tires for $126 each and the total with tax and all topped off to almost $400. They never turned the screen to show me what services they were adding to my ticket (none of which I authorized) and at the end when they printed the receipt the manger said it’s services that’s already been done and there is nothing he can do. My advice if you had to use them ask what you’re getting charged for beforehand, they will add things you Don’t really need and are expensive. I personally will not use them again and will advice family and friends to steer clear.Services I never needed but was charged for anyway are the following:A- Sipping- new passenger tireB- 1100k tire pressure monitoring system sensor rebuild kit

Went in to have a tire repaired. I brought in the tire from another vehicle. Dropped the tire off. Went in they said it would take 45 minutes. I went home. I live 5 minutes away. An hour and half later I went back. I thought the tire would have been done. Nope. I waited anther 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile my vehicle was sitting in my driveway for 2 hours on a jack. I’m not a big fan leaving a car on a jack for an extended period of time. Dangerous and all that. If I would have known it would have taken almost 2 hours to do a 10 minute job I would have went elsewhere. My TPMS light has not gone out after a 10 minute drive. Yikes. I hope they didn’t mess up my TPMS. I’ll check my tire pressure on all tomorrow.

I went in to get my tires and brakes checked on our travel trailer. I was greeted by Ronan who went outside to do the inspection.He answered all my questions and got me on my way.Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Ronan, I'll be sure to spread the word on your great customer service!

Hey customers these guys could care less about you! Scheduled appointment for this morning and dropped car 7 AM with keys in lock box. As I was leaving a worker was coming in and saw me leaving car. I walked home. At noon I had heard nothing so I called. "You dropped off?" "Wow I guess the manager did not check the box and we did nothing even though you are on the schedule for today." Lost the use of my car for 1/2 day. The guy said NOTHING when I came to pick up my keys. Three failures: the guy walking in did not care about the car being dropped off, nobody checked drop box, and nobody checked the schedule. Fourth mistake is located in company's reply below: to touch base with the manager. Meaningless suggestion since the manager should have reached out to me. I was a customer years ago same location and something is wrong with this place now. The lady who runs the front desk is snotty. Big O here I come.

I stopped for tire rotation(having purchased several sets of tires from this LS alone) and at first they seemed annoyed by my request then they didn't even bother to balance the tires during the process.That was literally the first time any shop did not balance my tires during rotation.
