Horrible.
Had the dudes at the counter lie to my face,
Was told I can search the style numbers on the hats on the website and buy the same hat… and you cannot.
So the day after I attempt to call and speak to them,
Google advertises 2 different numbers.
Neither of which work.
Absolutely ridiculous

Worst service in the world. I ask for simple help . 3 guys working and nobody doing nothing. So the one closer o ask for help . He said well they all are there. He didn’t ask the size nothing. Basically get it yourself! So what the hell yall work here for!!! This why Aurora mall , town center or whatever it’s called is the worst place to shop! The younger taller gentleman helped me. The other two need customer service training!!!

Bad service I went there yesterday to get a hat and right when I went to the register to customize my hat and pay there was 3 younger boys at the register flirting with this girls I was standing there no one help me and my partner because the whole attention was 2 those 2 girls they were getting there phone number and talking so I had to wait and had them finish there conversation so they could help me out. Horrible experience.

I do want to day GREAT JOB FOR THE YOUNG LADY who did everything by her self for February 14, 2024!!!! Great positive adittuude and though she looked over whelmed she still kept her smile up!!!Loved my purchased I got my husband!!! THANK YOU!

Don't bother asking the short, overweight employee with the coke bottle glasses for assistance while he's busy doing something else. He'll tell you to keep waiting until the other employee becomes available. Horrible customer service! Find another lids to shop at!

So funny, i saw the bad reviews and had to see if they were true. They are, i didnt get any particularly rude service but it wasnt good. As i was checking out i felt one of the workers staring at me out the corner of my eye so i looked over at him and when we made eye contact he kind of chuckled and looked away which i thought was weird then after i left i realized they left all the security tags on all 3 of my new hats. Good thing i hadnt left the mall yet. The guy recognized me and took them off but he said “aw i pulled a one of you guys.” to his coworkers confirming that the reviews must be true. Hilarious, check ur hats for tags. Considering how low my expectations were already i gave it 3 stars.

Only giving two stars because I found what I was looking for. Upon payment I was asked to provide an email for "receipt only". Not to get notifications on anything. Yet I start receiving emails. Don't do that please. Thanks.
