I came to this store often but today is my last day. They always are under stocked when it comes to hair SUPPLIES like hair glue edge control wig caps etc.. or the selection is VERY limited (because they are always out of stock on other items) and I feel like it’s getting to an unprofessional point. As a business owner you know what your highest selling items are so you should be prepared & already on top of it when you see you’re running low. Multiple occasion I came to grab something and they are out like always. But if you’re looking for braiding hair and some good extensions and beauty appliances then they do very well in that department.

Came in feeling less than optimistic but left feeling excited AF!Egypt was incredible, she helped me find two gorgeous wigs from their extensive selection of well priced wigs. She was very knowledgeable of the inventory and also so kind to my daughter. Egypt definitely made this a wonderful experience.

I love this store! As a white appearing Latina, I have been on the receiving end of some snide comments and even down right refusal of service because I am not the right skin color at other stores . I have alopecia so I wear a wig. I have never felt any of that unpleasantness at this store. Egypt is amazing and has taught me so much about wig care and helped me pick out some gorgeous wigs. I will never shop anywhere else!

So, I messed up my hair really bad and basically am bald, I saw this place was close to me so I gave it chance. I didn’t have any huge interaction and honestly I felt out of place but when I asked a really cute gal with curly hair if she could match my color let me tell you she matched me to the T. I was floored and relieved I can leave the house now. So much props to this place!

I honestly enjoy shopping at this location. The store itself is nice and in a nice proximity of where I reside. But one thing that bothers me each time I encounter Shalena (name on my receipt)..Pick a struggle sis...there is no need to be UGLY on the inside and out...and then shine your nastiness on others.... She seems to have an attitude each time and always on her phone while checking me out. Doesn't smile nor really make eye contact. If you say something nice or attempt to, she puts her head down as if she is bothered and doesn't like her job. I am not sure what her issue is, but she could use a little more professionalism and courtesy when dealing with myself and others, if they receive the same treatment when they encounter her. She is very dry with her interactions. The other lady that was working there yesterday, older lady and I really wish I knew her name, but she was very polite and always is. She assisted me with purchasing a wig yesterday and I appreciate her friendly attitude.
