Terrible store, bad customer service, cheap broken products. Stores like this are the reason most people choose to shop at Amazon. It was so bad I will never go to another best buy store or buy anything they sell online.

Utterly useless "National Best Buy" representatives when I called my local Best Buy number. Just trying to verify a simply concept from a purchase my wife made minutes ago - transferred three times already by "National" representatives. Not sure when you made this change, Best Buy, but you just lost a longtime customer.

John "JP" the General manager is the least respectful person I have met. I tried to return an item 3 days after purchase and because he said that because the item would affect his store numbers he refused to do it in store and informed me to call bestbuy. This is completely wrong for the customer and I will be filing a formal complaint to Best Buy.

Bought a Samsung 55" TV on 11/26/21 and it was scheduled for delivery and mounting on 12/03/21, delivery window 12pm-8pm. No one reached out to me to confirm. Called around 5pm and told TV was on its way. Called again around 7pm and told that my order existed but no delivery dates because I had picked up the item. I returned to the store with my receipt and paperwork showing delivery date. I was then told that the delivery had been canceled but no explanation why. My TV, which has been paid in full, has yet to be delivered and no one seems to have an answer as to why and it seems that no one truly cares given the inconsistent answer I've received. No one is offering a remedy either. I want my TV delivered this weekend or my money back immediately.

I want to give HUGE props to Clint and John in Car Audio Install @ Southlands! These guys are exceptional when it came to installing my WolfBox Streaming mirror with backup camera! First off, these guys were very pleasant and accommodating. Second, they made sure that all the parts were ready for the install. Once I came back to pick up my car, I couldn't believe how professional and well detailed the installation work had been done! Everything worked perfect and John made sure I was happy and knew how to work all the functions before I left! This was a very pleasant experience and I'll definitely be returning! Thanks again and if you need to get a car stereo or any car electronics installed, this is the place for you!!

Took my computer to get service through geek squad and they mailed it back to me like this. I was pretty shocked like out the box it came back to me like this and i didn't sent it out this way. Super gross The first time i got it serviced it was fine since apparently my laptop had already came with some manufacturer damage were the screen was glitching. But even then they returned it back to me again to my home and it even had some areas covered to protect it nothing like this last time i took it since it was over heating The person who checked in my laptop was kinda rude and didn't even write down what i told him was the problem on my computer so the paper said it was over heating because i was watching YouTube videos vs i told him i work on YouTube video and caused my computer to over heat which didn't at first and got to the point were the rubber piece eventually melted out the glue of the back which he was rude about telling me when the piece came out as if i treated my laptop bad. Like no i even had the original box and everything i take care of my things! And to get my computer returned from geek squad like this is disappointing and GROSS The 2 star stay since my laptop was fixed

I ordered a washer and dryer online. It was supposed to be delivered and I got a confirmation text saying it would be delivered in two days. Because I got the confirmation email I sold my old washer and dryer set. Without any kind of communication, Best Buy didn't reach out to me or anything. I logged in to check on my delivery and it said I needed to reschedule. I called wondering why I will need to reschedule especially since I had already got confirmation that it would be delivered in two days. The washer wasn't even in stock and they never reached out to tell me one, I had to call them and find out. They also said it would be over a month until it was in stock. Now I don't have a washer for over a month and they told me there's absolutely nothing they can do for me. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at Best Buy and will never ever go back!

Came to check out computer game cards. The store was clean and neat. Greeted on the way in. They had a few people in the computer department waiting for service. When it was our turn my son asked about the item he was looking for. The associate was less than helpful. He was condescending and negative during the whole conversation. When asked if he could see if the item was in stock at another location, he said yes and then stood there. So I asked him to look. Do I need to draw you a map? He was that way the entire time. So much so that even my son commented about it. I won't go there again. I find the Best Buy in Park Meadows to have the best service. It's worth the extra drive.

I understand covid is an issue right now, but when you get $700 of mine and then don't show up to install an appliance and your store is not excepting calls, that's just wrong. I waited on hold for over an hour and a half only to be disconnected. I finally ended up talking to the main call center and they out and out told me, sorry we can't help you you should drive to the store. But see that's the problem, you also have my vehicle to do an install of a radio, and I am trying to figure out if it's done, so I can't drive to the store I don't have a vehicle. To be told you can't help me is absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered an appliance that had to be returned. Fourteen days after I returned the item, I called to check on the status of my refund because I still hadn't received it. I was told that my refund was canceled and I now need to go back into the store to receive my refund.

Loads of parking , this store seems to have a little bit of everything. It is one of the smallest BB I've ever been to. Stopped in to check out their movie section. They had a few Halloween movies for a movie night a group of us were having. Good prices. Customer Service was just fine. If I'm in this area shopping , I'd stop in again.

I purchase an open box Samsung Frame online for in-store pickup that was listed as no damage and no missing parts, but showed up to a find a TV with no box, physical damage, and missing components. The manager said that it didn't matter how its status appeared online because their tag on the TV in store showed it's true condition. I had trust in Best Buy to accurately portray what they were selling me, but once again I'm dissatisfied with how they carry themselves as a company and how their customer service blames others instead of taking ownership for their failures. They happily wasted 2 hours of my morning. I see no need to continue to be a Best But customer. I'll happily be purchasing a new Samsung Frame directly at samsung.com , I recommend you do the same.

Really helpful and attentive staff. I actually came to this Best Buy after visiting the other Aurora location and having ZERO service and leaving without purchasing a TV. If i didn't have a $200 gift card I would have just purchased it somewhere else but was really impressed with the service I received at the Southlands location.
