It was my first time trying this place and I dined in. Very unfriendly and rude staff. Looked like a bunch of kids running the place and could see/hear them messing around. Waited 45 mins for a medium pepperoni pizza.

Takes forever, no sense of urgency whatsoever, staff was messing around and not doing job at all, was told it would be 10-15 and turned out to be 40 with no one in the store at all.

We just moved from California and were recommended this place by a couple people but were greatly disappointed. Im 36 weeks pregnant was craving pizza so I was really looking forward to this place. We got our food delivered without our condiments. My husband tried calling (this was about 10pm) but phone went to straight to voicemail saying they were closed when they don’t close until 11pm. So my husband made the drive to pick them up anyways since we paid for them to then find out they usually don't charge for ranch etc. So if you order online you basically get charged for extras you wouldn’t usually get charged for in store. Pizza was alright but all of our toppings were just sliding off. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else sadly.

2nd time I've been to this location and had a horrible experience. They quote timelines on food and go 20 minutes over the quoted timeline. They ask for your name for some reason I'm guessing to find your food that they've had ready for you sitting on a rack cold because they didn't call out your name when it was ready so you as the customer have to come looking for it. Maybe if the employees did their job rather then goofing off, being handsy with each other while yelling profanities they may be able to get things done properly. My recommendation to whomever owns this place watch your cameras and try coming in and interacting with your business before the kids you have running it run it into the ground! The pizza was absolutely horrible!

We like it here. The pizza is always good. The biggest complaint is that they always, and I mean every time, cut the pizzas totally unevenly. So you get some small pieces and some big.

This franchise is an embarrassment to everything pizza and to our community as a whole! Things were okay when they first opened but everything has gone significantly down hill since. The lack of detail and professionalism is alarming to say the least. I'm not sure these "fight for 15" employees have gotten a single one of my orders right at any point in the last year. I wish who ever owns this location would, at the least, sell it to someone that's willing to put in a little effort. I guess the jokes on me for continuing to believe something will change!

They hire the most incompetent employees. I don’t think they even train them. I ordered pizza for my daughter’s classroom and they delivered to the wrong school. One time I called 3x and they told me it was Chambers location. Today they are delivering pizza for a work meeting and the meeting is over and they won’t answer the phone and no one received lunch!

I did an online order at 430pm to pick up at 545pm. I got there at 6pm and the order wasn't ready. The employee said they were out of cheese. Not sure why somebody doesn't call and let us know this ahead of time. I waited another 45 min before I got my pizza. I asked if I could get a freebie or something for next time. The employee went back and grabbed a coupon for $29 for 2 large pizzas and said have a nice night.The employees were nice, but maybe they're not empowered to take care of the customer like they should. I was shocked that nobody called and again that they didn't offer anything at all for my time, not a discount on the current order or anything...?And how do you run out of cheese at a pizza place?

I recently ordered from Marco's Pizza for our monthly board game day, and I must say, the experience was made exceptional solely thanks to an employee named Darren. Despite the technical issues with the app and website not updating our order status and lack of personnel in the store to complete orders, Darren's professionalism at the store was noteworthy.I had a sizable order: four pizzas and two orders of cheesy bread. When I arrived for pickup, I observed Darren, as the only employee in the restaurant, skillfully managing each customer with patience and efficiency. His ability to handle a busy store environment and upset customers while ensuring every order, including my large one, was taken care of was impressive.Not only was the service from Darren commendable, but the food itself was fantastic. Each pizza was well-made, and the cheesy bread was a hit with our group. I really liked the Hawaiian chicken pizza. It was the first time I ordered it and it was great.Kudos to Darren for his hard work and dedication as the only employee working in the restaurant. It's employees like him that make a customer's experience memorable and he definitely deserves better working conditions. This man deserves a raise! Thank you Darren for all of your hard work! You are the real MVP today!

Food is fantastic, but now that they've gotten rid of their delivery drivers and use door dash, there's no telling how long it will take, how many stops the driver will make, or how cold the pizza will be.If you can't pick it up yourself, don't bother.

I placed an order at 4:45, it’s currently 6:20. I was told my order would be delivered 30-60 mins. I have no order as of now and I’ve been calling Marcos for the past 45 mins, no answer! Very RIDICULOUS!!!!!
