i was just shopping in this store the other day and i was very lucky to have found some good sweaters but the manager kevin was very rude and unhelpful he was making me feel very uncomfortable when and after he checked me out , i felt like a couple people were following me around the store it was just a very awkward situation when your just trying to shop , maybe they should pay more attention to the people who are actually stealing.

Today I came by to check out their purses and I run into a beautiful purses. This is my first time buying a purse from Marshall's. I am very glad I went to this location, the customer service was outstanding, the two cashier Yousra and Betsy were friendly, nice!
I will definitely go there again for their outstanding customer service and the great selections! 🥰

I call once and an associate tells me the item I’m looking for is in stock then the manager takes over the phone and they tell me they can’t tell me if they have it in stock to come in and look when it’s an hour drive for me that’s the main reason I’m calling. If your associate just told it’s in stock why tell me you can’t let me know anymore? Makes no sense! No other Marshalls/Tjmaxx treats the customer like that. Seems like they want to keep things for themselves. TRASH

The store can sometimes be left in disarray after lots of customers visit but otherwise staff do their best keeping it neat/ organized.
