Honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in years - we were excited to try as we’d seen it on social media but would never return. Starting off strong with what we did enjoy - the pork bao buns, and the beef rice bowl was decent. However, we weren’t greeted upon entry or told to use QR codes on table to order, we weren’t asked if we wanted a menu either or even told HOW to order - No communication whatsoever. Turns out waitress didn’t speak English and brought us some chili sauce, spoons and water and then left us alone to figure out the ordering system which we’re capable of doing.. and did, except that the extreme low level of communication and hospitality was off putting. We had to get their attention to order as we had a question, question was unable to be answered due to language barriers unfortunately and we didn’t bother going to counter to ask other staff. Anyways, as for food, we also ordered the beef & cheese perogi’s (not my favorite flavors together, the cheese had that like fake American cheese flavor) and the crab & pork steamed dumplings (Not a great combo, better if it was just pork). 2/10 - sorry guys, do better.

We've been wanting to try Mason's dumpling for a while now and finally had a chance to stop in. Our server Alejandra was very sweet and welcoming knowing it was our 1st time. We started with the scallion pancake and it was underwhelming, flavor was good but the texture was that of a frozen reheated one I could buy from the freezer section. We also got the pan fried chicken and soup dumplings. Both were pretty bland on their own so the sauce was definitely needed. Loved the black vinegar, soy and chili oil sauce.

Found this place randomly when looking for vegan options as there are not many in this state. And it did not disappoint. As someone from Chicago I’m hard to please when it comes to the food scene in the CO. But the vegan food options were great, fairly affordable, and I will definitely be back! I had vegan teriyaki beef bowl and vegan steamed dumplings

Best dumplings I’ve had in a long time, also very affordable
I came back in a few weeks later and like an idiot ordered my to-go dumplings to the wrong location. They made me the order anyway (without me asking for them to!). just absolute stand-up place with unbelievably nice people and great food.

I feel like there is something for everyone on the menu. All the staff seem very friendly. Second time here and will not regret any future visits.

Had an amazing experience at Mason’s Dumpling Shop! The food was fast and delicious—especially recommend the noodle bowls and bok choy. The service was very friendly and made our family feel very welcome. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and they graciously handled my daughter getting noodles everywhere. We even got Halloween candy at the end. Can’t wait to go back, one of our new go-to restaurants!

Cute little spot even when you are by yourself. You order and pay from your phone. Just eat as they bring you your items. Nothing was rushed. The pork belly bun was great especially with the sauce they bring. Had some steamed soup dumplings that will literally shot everywhere if you dont bite it correctly. Server was so sweet and nice. Checked on me frequently. When i was ready i didnt have to wait for the check. I just left. I will absolutely be back.
