I purchased a Sealy memory foam mattress from the Abilene location in Aroura yesterday and I'm very happy so far. Alex assisted myself and my daughter and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase so that made the experience that much better. 5 stars for Alex the mattress man!!!

Our representative Sterling was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. After only a few questions he was able to help us find what we were looking for right away. Also he didn’t hover over us allowing us to feel totally comfortable with our decision.

Cole was fantastic. Really took care of us. Shared his knowledge and experience, and tried to guide us towards a good night's sleep. Took our budget into consideration and was able to put together a solution that really worked for us and got us everything we needed. And on top of that, and best of all, he was wonderful with our toddler and occupied him while we tried out beds. He did this so naturally and of his own accord. We were really impressed. This was our 3rd mattress firm in 2 weeks and Cole was absolutely the best rep from the trio. We highly recommend stopping in and talking to Cole about your sleep needs. Thanks, Cole!!

Amazing experience from start walking in door hour before closing. I was greeted immediately, even though he was busy with another customer. Given expectation on when he could help me. Alternated between me and other customer couple with kid. Then another customer came in and same experience. Helping all and informing us when he would assist. Helped carry out mattress and answers all questions.

Dylan. Commit that name to memory. My wife has scoliosis and is extremely particular with mattresses. Dylan was so helpful in the original purchase, the second purchase, and the returns. We finally found one that works for her in the split king configuration. Every next bed in our home will be from Dylan. His professionalism, character, and care for us was so evident. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Had the best experience mattress shopping with Cole. He really took the time to explain the differences in the mattresses I was looking at. Helping me land on the best fit for me without being pushy as I feel some salesmen tend to be. Would highly recommend this location mattress firm!
