The sales associates at the Aurora store on Sable are hidden gems with Appliance Factory. They were extremely helpful and honest from the moment I walked in. They set expectations so I could plan for a perfect delivery and install. Thank you

On 10/6/2023 I purchased a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The delivery for the refrigerator and stove were for 10/11/2023. The sales went well and the sales people were nice and helped with everything we needed. Unfortunately, the delivery portion of the transaction turned into a nightmare. Two delivery men showed up and they were supposed to remove the old refrigerator (which I told the sales people was wedged into a tight area and thought they would relay that to the delivery/removal people, but that did not happen). The two young men just stared at the refrigerator and one called their supervisor, who advised them not to remove it. So I ended up having to call someone else to come over the next day and remove it, install the new refrigerator (that was sitting by the front door by the way), and he pulled it out smoothly with no problem and carried it out with the help of his assistant within 10 minutes. I was totally given the run around by the delivery people at first because I was told I would receive a call within two hours on Friday for some other movers to come out and remove the refrigerator, and I've still received no call, but of course I called Appliance Factory and advised them of the situation. They seemed upset and said they would get on it and get some people out, but that never happened either.Now let's get to the stove...when the same delivery men installed the stove, they checked that the burners all worked, but one of the knobs was very loose and they could not turn off the burner. They obviously did not care because they left and I had to call that in also. I was told by Appliance Factory that it was a hazard (duh) and they would have someone call me and get out there by the next day (haven't received a call or visit yet). I called the manufacturer and they stated that they could not come out for a week, and also that they would have to charge me $90 some odd dollars if THEY decided it was MY fault or the installers, Seriously!!! Never did anyone say, "Okay, we sold you a defective product and we will bring out a new one." The damn burner is still on because the knob won't work, but they told me to just unplug it or turn the power off to that part of my kitchen. What is the point of buying appliances that you can't use???I am still waiting for the microwave and whatever drama comes with that, but I will never use Appliance Factory again. It's an old saying, but very true, "You get what you pay for."

Appliance factory sucks, sold us a bad broken fridge, didn't even bother to test it before we picked up the fridge, they couldn't give a fuck if our food was spoiling while we were without a refrigerator, they wouldn't replace our refrigerator as it didn't work nor would they accept a return! Total scam if you ask me! Can't use broken junk! Who knows what other broken refrigerators they try to sell on the sales floor! Don't do business with this awful company, they obviously wouldn't help us out other than making us wait to have someone come out and fix our refrigerator! It's absolute fucking chaos to have all of our food stashed away in 3 different places just to keep our fucking food cold. Hope this business goes out of business! Can't even go camping with our RV refrigerator full of food that should be in our house refrigerator staying cold, but it can't keep anything cold because it doesn't fucking work! Absolute inconvenience!

I came to this location for appliances and it was just so amazing that I also came here when I needed a new bed. I had no idea all the options that they had! I worked with Kyler and he showed me everything and was able to explain everything to me in depth and I feel like I made the best decision for me. He is so knowledgeable and amazing I definitely will be back!

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Kyler was right there and greeted me at the door. He had me do a comfort test to see what mattress I personally liked the most and which one fit me best. I will be back to get that mattress in no time!
