The employees are inept. They rather not have to attempt to speak English. A scam with no prices showing. Asked me what I would pay. Never answered my question but gave me vague information that was useless.

I walk in and vet a strong hello. The sales lady was very knowledgeable about the phone and listened to my situation and got me more than I expected. Just for something I forgot to ask the manager gave me a free phone for life of my account. I left cricket because I stood their for 15 min and Noone even looked at me. 5 stars is not enough. The other two salesperson in the store where laughing with customers as they was shocked at the great deals they offer. This store by far is the best in customer interest deals and just the best place to get phone service. Thanks for the great experience

I walked in for an upgrade, everything was fine untill the next day when I see the pricing on a basic case that retails for less than $7 I was charged over $30!Be careful, Steve was the person that closed the sale. I don't know if such a price hike should be legal. Upgrades are non-refundable as well.

Just bought a phone from them complete with a plan on 06/02/2020. My phone was possed to cost $50 the total came out to $72. Ugh... Fast FWD to a week later & my phone cannot receive incoming calls! Ive been on the phone with them for the past 7 days!!! Nothing has worked yet! Im honestly ready to go to Cricket or Boost Mobile because this is ridiculous. If I could id give them NO STARS!!!!
