Great Experience at Metro by T-Mobile!
I recently visited the Metro by T-Mobile store and had a fantastic experience! The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the best plan for my needs. They answered all my questions patiently and even helped me set up my new phone before I left. The store was clean and organized, and I didn’t have to wait long. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and good deals on phones and plans!

Very bad service the lady that helped me today I ordered a new phone from the insurance I received my insurance phone and a sim card I installed it at night and contacted to get it connected still getting charged I an asked to go to a nearby store metro PCs store and this lady I tell her to help me get my phone to receive calls and it's not working I already spoke to someone with my new Sim card and my new phone I received day before this lady starts to want to sell me another phone and trying to sell me a tablet and Carlsen and protectors for my phone u tell her no please I just come to get my phone to work she takes my sim card and the card and my phone the sim card came in that card and she starts charging me all this crazy amounts and also wanting to change my number and change my already payments saying it needs to go higher for her to be able to install my connection back I didn't think it's right do to there was no additional over charges spoken to me with anyone so I thought that was very strange and I asked her to give me my phone back and my sim card and sim card I wanted to go get help somewhere else I didn't like the service she was doing I didn't think it was right and she denied me to give me my phone back and my sim card I told her give me mh things back I will jot do service with you she through the phone to me on my hand and I asked her for my card and hlshe Saud I didn't need to take that I go to another store and there where no charges at all to reconnect my phone to have service I'm paying my monthly bill they tried to get the numbers from the tiny sim card and said someone is already got this on use they told me the purple card it came in with they can tamper and use the same numbers for my sim card this whole time the only place I've got with this new phone was this store and because I didn't want to get her service she did something very vengetive and installed my purple card she said I didn't need any more and the other pcs store recommends to report this lady because she can't be doing this up selling is one thing but this woman is stealing and is doing fraud I couldn't believe it so I had to buy another sim card because of her services when I should been charged at all me having my items new and without use this lady is a fraud and needs to be reported because she takes advantage to upcharge anything she wants and when u went to request my card back she stopped me to enter her store with a smirk in her face I went. In and I asked her to give me my c purple card back where my card came from and she wanted to to play off like she didn't know why I was there fore she right away wanted to say. She didn't have it when it was on her desk still next to another 2 phones and she turned the music loud for it to bypass the camareas of what she was saying previously also that's why I knew something was off with her services I requested her bame and she denied me to give me her name I told her this was going to be reported and the phone she connected it to will be tracked and she got scared and said no dont report this don't report me but still not denying it she knew what she had done I just need people to be careful with this woman store 590 Dayton St, Aurora, CO 80010
