This is the worst store ever they will rip you off they don't give itemized receipts when they are supposed to the guy that was there yesterday was rushing me he was on his phone talking to his boss in Arabic so I couldn't understand what they were saying about my up grade.

My fiance died suddenly and unexpectedly on February 13th and several days later my phone wasn't working because i was on his plan and he hadn't paid the bill. So i went to the nearest Metro PCS store (Quincy) on my 30 minute break from work. The rep only spoke Spanish and had to use Google translate just to have me call customer service and do everything over the phone standing at the counter in a store.

Ivan rocks he was the best..the most wonderful customer service I ever received from this store and we go there alot since they first opened up and he was so helpful and full of details,very friendly and professional, very patient and he gave the upmost respect to me and my hubby I recommend only going when Ivan is there he is full of life and joy

This is the worst company I ever dealt with. I lost my phone. I wanted to just cancel all services. I called customer service, they advised me to go to the nearest store. Stay clear of these low level companies. What a rip off. Customer service is useless. They only want your money, that's all Customer service is there for.

Over a week of run-around nonsense. Zero effort to be helpful. Has not solved the issue or been able to locate the replacement phone. Over a week without a phone. This location particularly closes whenever they feel like. Gives excuses and now they don’t a answer their phone. Absolutely ridiculous support. They should be embarrassed by this kind of customer service

This has been my store of choice since moving here years ago when I changed carriers to save money. The staff have always been friendly to me. Every now and then it's busy and I have to wait but given the time I was there it was to be expected. There's only been a couple times where they didn't have what I wanted and I had to go to another store that did but they told me exactly which one it was.
