The lady Yaritza thats her name is horrible and very rude! Incompetent to do her job! Refused to give us a pin even after customer service asked her to and she still refused! She definitely should not be working here as she can't do her job. Definitely would not recommend going to this store

So I am giving two stars because the guy there possibly the manager was nice and gave me a good deal on my phone. But the females in the front didn't speak very good English so alot of things weren't asked and or explained to me. But the reason for the low rating is because one of the girls there took a picture of the screen with her personal phone which is a red flag. I had asked the guy that was there if there was a reason someone would take a picture and he was like they have to take a picture of the pass code sometimes. So my question didn't really get answered. Another reason for my low rating is because I left and my phone wasn't working, I had to go back so they could put in a new Sim Card and I asked then why my old phone was still on and the guy said it takes some time but that he was going to ask if I wanted to keep it on until the next payment date. I said no just turn it off. He asked for the 8 digit password and said okay all done. So I left. When I got home hours later my other phone was still on. I went to check the My Metro to see what was going on and that's when I found out my pass code was changed on that phone. And once I figured out the password I saw that my phone was still on with the second line and was being used as a tablet. I didn't sign up for anything else. I was just trying to upgrade my phone. And I feel like they should of asked me the first time I was in the store if I wanted to keep that phone on but they didn't. So I think the picture that the lady may have takin was the new password for her sake. Or my personal info. I just don't like the shady practices. I do appreciate the deal for my phone and bundle. But I don't think I'll be back in that store unless I really have to go there.

The 2 Hispanic girls working at the Chambers and Colfax store are very rude and not at all helpful. They're are probably not helpful because they are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing
