The actual coverage and pricing are above average, however their customer service is deplorable. When you call and try to speak to someone 99 out of 100 time you are put in contact with someone who can barely speak the English language and they have even worse comprehension of the English language, so communication is extremely difficult if not impossible. To add to that issue they try and refuse to get another person that can communicate better and it is impossible for them to be willing to transfer you to a supervisor they make you call back and you start back at the beginning again and almost every time you will be put back in contact with another person that can not communicate with you. They all state false names so trust goes out the window at the start of their opening speal. The lack of the ability or the will to even try and communicate with customers causes extreme problems, it seems to have gotten worse the longer it goes on now they are starting to do spiteful things to your account when you call them on these issues. I am seriously considering changing providers and it has gotten so bad that I think the extra costs would/will be worth it. Try and get a correct or working phone number to try and let someone know what is happening. I normally would have recommended this company in the past, but no longer. I will be switching carriers but I want to do more in depth investigating before I make that decision. There are a lot more details I can give, if anyone wants or needs to hear additional information just reply to my post and I will answer any questions you have. Careful when you enter into a promotional contract with them because I have yet to see them follow their advertised agreements. I will let everyone know where I move my business to so they will know where to look when they get as frustrated as I have become. I hope this review helps a lot of people make the right decision for themselves.

This store was staffed by what appeared to be a couple of 15 or 16 year old teenagers. I purchased a Samsung galaxy from this store on January 3 2025. I was told by the clerk that I could purchase the phone for $100.65. I purchased the phone and On January 8, 2025 I was informed by coworkers that they had been attempting to contact me and they received a recording stating that the number was invalid. I was quoted a price of $50.00 a month I received a email stating the charge had been raised to $65.00. I informed the kid in the store that I wanted a new phone the kid asked for my phone and started to try to fix it. I informed the clerk that I did not want the phone to be repaired I wanted a new phone. I was ignored I was informed that I could pay $27.00 to have the phone repaired or I could by a new phone for $50.00. I called Metro Customer service. and the clerk was told by two supervisors to give me a new phone the clerk refused and I was at the store for about two hours. The clerk went in the back room and stayed for 20 minutes . I finally left. I went home and called Metro customer service I was told by supervisors to return to the store and ask for a refund. I was also informed that I should call dealer support. I returned to the store and was informed that I could take a new phone or they would refund $35.00. I was informed that I could accept a new phone or receive a refund of $35.00 I was told that I was being charged $65.00 for a unlimited plan which is nonrefundable.
In summary I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy which was defective. Metro on south Havana will sell you a defective product and then charge you for the full month of service. So you can purchase a phone from Metro PCS . if you return it and ask for a refund you will be charged for a full month of service. So I paid $100.64 on January 3, 2025 for a defective phone. On January 9, 2025 I received a refund of $35.00! I called customer service and was informed that each Metro store is allowed to do what they want! Google maps deleted the previous review I submitted to protect Metro PCS.
