I was looking to upgrade my phone and explore different plan options, and the sales representative was incredibly patient, taking the time to carefully listen to my needs and preferences. They were extremely knowledgeable about the various phones and plans available, and they patiently explained all the features and benefits, ensuring I understood everything clearly. They lied they're charging me $105 for 100 GB of Internet they lie and said that I had unlimited internet for $55 a month and they are being sued for false advertising they never answer the phone and they're very rude and unprofessional everyone that works there should be fired and learn how to speak English

***ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS & FUTURE CUSTOMERS***Got to this location at 9:50am, checked online beforehand & confirmed with the signs on the door which says opens at 10am. Which is fine, I’m okay to wait 10mins. However, It’s now 10:25am & the store is still locked while an agent is inside the store just looking at me standing outside the doors. Not only is this a huge inconvenience to me but also very unprofessional and not okay. Will not be returning with my business.

Came In feb 15 430 pm woman claiming to be daisy lied about account deactivation my account is active that’s how I’m typing this review, she refused to help with my account nor would she help to call customer Service as I lost my main account device. Unbelievable customer service lied over and over and just got more rude and angry when we tried to explain the account is active. Lied and said my main number is with Verizon that has a metro area code. Basically a typical Denver a**hole.

Best customer service ever! After being with MetroPCS for a couple of years my phone finally gave up on me so I went to the store and the girl there was more than knowledgeable and helpful. I'm not much of a tech guy so I was scared I would lose all of my information but the girl was more than happy to assist me in recovering all of my info! I usually don't write reviews but it felt like this was something to share, I would recommend this location to everyone

I have been sitting here since 10, it's now 10:25. Watched 3 people knock at the door. Lights are on but door is locked. I was planning to switch services to metro today but clearly not.

My companions and I went, we caught 3 lines. We realized that they robbed us, they charged us almost $200 more. We paid almost $500 when in reality it should have been like almost $300 and you know this why we went to 2 different stores and they gave us that estimate, in fact both stores claimed that they overcharged us. They gave us a California number, they put the account in someone else's name, they didn't give us a receipt either. Anyway. Don't go to this store.

I called and told them I was going to be there in 30 minutes and this was at 4:00pm on a Thursday and they close at 7:00pm but when I get there nobody's there. I'm sure the store owner wouldn't be happy about this.

This store is horrible!! I stayed there for over 6 hrs and they did not fix anything! I am 80 yrs old and they tried to take advantage of me They also added a tablet to my services without my permission - COMPLAINT FILED!!
