Very bad customer service. We came at 1:00pm ask the guy who was in the counter about car alignment inspection and he confirmed that it will be free, he booked the appointment for 4:00pm the same day. As we arrived at the location for our appointment the other guy who said is the manager denied about the appointment and free inspection. Had a very very bad customer service.

Five-Star Service!
I had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed my car’s issue quickly and had it fixed in no time, all at a fair price. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and reliable service. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else! Thank you guys!

Jesse was great called & needed them to swap my regular tire to put on the donut he said come on im, this where I always come to do my oil change great customer.service everytime I come.

Jessie and his team was awesome they got me $600 below what I was going to originally spend ! They did fantastic work . I’m very thankful for the Midas team getting me back on the road a day before I start my new job. Thank you! Will definitely return to this location as a future customer ! I am thankful to him and his team .

Jesse and the Midas team were amazing! Took care of my Subaru and helped diagnose and treat a leak during my oil change. Cannot recommend them enough!

They changed engine oil and forgot to tied the nut all the oil leaked on the way I took the car emidiatly to Shomp and reported.Very very bad services .Don't recommend it.I will never go back

I did try them for the first time and it wasn't a great experience. Customer service sucks, misleading with the time frame of service, price isn't worth the service. With some many options out there, you'd think they'll be better.
