I had my Mazda serviced nearby. My AC hadn't been cold all winter but since it's only now starting to warm up I decided to get it fixed. The Mazda dealership quoted me to get the AC recharged. I called this Midas which quoted $60 cheaper and said they do a free check to see what's wrong. So I went to Midas.
I said I have 45 minutes before I need to get my kid from school. They said they would at least diagnose what was wrong in that time so I said go for it. They later told me they'd have to recharge it to see what's wrong (there goes the free diagnostic) which I agreed to. I asked if I can go ahead and pay at the 45 minute mark to let them know I was late getting my kid. They applied a $20 coupon that I didn't even know about which was nice. 20 minutes later I finally leave (my kid had to wait alone in the front office and I was lightly reprimanded by the staff). Midas told me they didn't have enough time to diagnose the issue but had done the recharge so to come back in the afternoon and it would give me time to see if it cooled down while I drove.
I had already paid and supposedly they had worked on it to gain some knowledge so even though this location was 25 minutes from my house, I did come back later. I told them it didn't feel as cold as it should be even after driving around. After about 10 minutes they said I was good to go and it was working. They explained there's an adaptive sensor for how cold the air gets which is why it wasn't feeling so cold. Ok great, I didn't have to pay any more.
A few days later it warmed up a lot to 68 degrees outside. I was sweating for hours in my car because the AC was not cold at all. I called this Midas to ask if I'd have to pay for another AC recharge after they fixed whatever the issue was since the refrigerant probably leaked out by now. They said of course. I explained if they had fixed it when I came back that second time, I wouldn't have needed another recharge. They wouldn't budge and it even seemed like I'd have to pay to recharge for them to diagnose the issue, pay for the fix, then pay for a third recharge.
Went back to the Mazda dealership which said their $60 more service included diagnosing and fixing the issue (barring the price of replacement parts like if a hose was messed up) and that they put in dye before recharging to check for leaks so you only pay for the single recharge.
I guess I learned why you just use the dealership.
I'm also 90% sure they scratched my car right above the driverside door. It starts as a circle larger than a golfball then slides in one direction which makes me think it was some tool they had. I'm confident since it's in a spot I would've seen easily when getting in my car after the Mazda service.

Very bad service they they changed the engine oil and left the nuts loose so all the oil drained out Lucky I went to dealership to check other issues and they found the fault the guys in Midas did . I came back with documentations they refused to help or refund the guy in the reception Nooo customer services at all.No respect. I will never recommend any one to go to Midas for any services.

Just a great fit for me because repeatedly I've found them to be trustworthy , very pleasant to deal with, empathetic & caring , always finding savings for me , very knowledgeable & professional & do the work in a timely fashion even if there is an unexpected glitch or so..
For me there's none better KUDOS to all ! Especially Jesse , Rick , Javier , Austin , Edgar & the crews at Iliff & Buckley & the S. Havana location both in Aurora .

So I tried to get my oil changed today and stupidest thing happened, the store manager insisted repeatedly I might add, that I get an engine flush and even after I said that I don't want to not once not twice but three times he kept on it I actually walked out because I couldn't get my car scheduled to get the oil changed. I don't understand why I was subjected to this kind of treatment. I am sure that the guy felt as though he was being helpful to me. Absolutely sure you seemed to be very confident in the fact that he was right. I'm the consumer I'm paying them to do a job so I don't need to tell them what I need and what I don't need, what I need is to walk in there tell them I want my oil changed and have that done without being blocked from getting an oil change whether it's purposefully or not by someone who stood there and mansplained white splained everything that he doesn't know about my car because he owned a Honda too. So yeah I'm absolutely disgusted with this location and I won't be going there anymore. I highly recommend anyone who has a brain in their head who knows how to work on their own car who's just being lazy and wanted someone else to do it because it's freaking cold outside, don't go into details with these people just tell them you want an oil change. Disappointed to say the least. Enough said.

The guys a Midas were very helpful. We had a challenge getting headlight bulbs installed and they determined the problem and didn’t charge us for their time to figure it out.

Highly recommend this location! Excellent service and communication, they were able to fit me in same day, and honest mechanics which can be hard to find these days. Shout out to Rick who was really helpful and checked out the various issues I was experiencing with my car. Thanks Midas!

Wyman was personable, professional, and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. Coffee and WiFi were a great bonus. But, the service was so fast I didn’t even have time to enjoy. Highly recommended!!!
