I was wanting to get cash and I told this man I had no idea what I’m doing on this computer and they were not of any help. I did not think I would have to sign my life away just for a loan at Money tree. Very disappointed in the way I was not helped by these people. I won’t be coming back here in Englewood.

I honestly have never been to this location or done business here, however my nephew John W. Searles has. In April, 2025 he was able to cash a Wells Fargo check in the amount of $200 I sent him without ID. I don't understand how this was possible. I will gladly change my 1 star review once this is explained to me.

Took about 2.5 hours the first for them to verify and even then I had to be on the phone to do so. Also had to resubmit each item about 5 times before they would verify. Then I got approved took a few hours to think about it went to accept it and it disappeared on my account . Then I called got told to the reapply and when I did got denied for to many applications submitted. Called again to try and figure out what the deal was got put on hold for another 20 minutes until I get a call back. I get the call back about 4 hours after that and they say the customer service team isn't sure why I did that maybe it's cuz it's a new system but they should have it fixed by next week point of getting this kind of loan is cuz you need it now next week isn't going to help me biggest waste of time ever if I could give zero Stars I would

It was a bit expensive compared with other cashing places, but fast and efficient. plus, they give ya a card for not having to show ID each time once you're frequent client.

The manager behaves in a rude manner, perhaps xenophobic, she is not friendly, she behaves in a hostile manner, she has treated my husband badly on two occasions and they do not serve him and the only reason they give him is that he cannot make deliveries to third parties, something that is not true and they have a way to verify it.

This man Bryant need a raise and a great yearly bonus.
His first day and I'm not sure how long 6 or more years now he on it and how he talks to you and works with you is one of the best customer service I ever seen and I work for king Soopers products department and use to for Wal Mart products department
Wal Mart is the worst customer service someone from Walmart needs think about at my bad.
