The homeless there are in abundance not realy child friendly but anamals are so welcome it's got a be carfull vibe but it's clean and close to every thing

It's a little older hotel that they are repairing. My room was clean, but the mattress wasn't as comfortable as most. You get what you pay for. Everything else in the Denver area was at least $40 more a night. There's a 50's diner in front of the hotel.

Starting with the ladies who checked us in were great! So nice and understanding. But, this place is trashy. The elevator is broken and there are 2 stair wells at either end. We were on the 3rd floor. No ice except in the lobby. There was a rag wrapped around the shower to stop it from spraying everywhere when you turned it on. This trash was there when we checked in and when we left 2 days later. If they don’t clean what you can see what else do they not clean? It was cheap though.

It is definitely a Motel 6 it was sold to me as Wyndham 8 And I feel like I Was conned, I would have stayed at the actual Wyndham 8 instead of this run down location in need of major renovation and updated check in methods. Not to mention it was 80 plus degrees outside and the air conditioner was broken and wouldnt cool the room down below 76°

It's not a motel 6 but a super eight and demanded a 100 deposit. Elevator broken only rooms were on the 3rd floor. My room had no ac and widows didn't open. It was so hot. also it's been a week now and still no refund on my deposit. So plz don't rent this place it's not a motel six I paid online non refundable so I had no choice but to pay the deposit.

So i booked online and i messed up and paid for the27 to 28 at first then I ended up paying at the hotel on the 26th came home from work to see nothing in my room went to the office to see stuff was there but aperently the switched to a Wyndham and my reservation had been canceled so i had to rebook with office and was ready to pay and tapped my card it ran for 239 and guy couldn't cancel payment so i had to pay cash because the manager and staff really didn't care that all my money is pending didn't even try don't have a clue to where it is so i spent the morning searching for it to no avail Secondly i had no shower because maintenance had been working on it and left it totn apart

Let me say first it's only 4 stars because it's Motel 6 & not The Ritz! With that said the rooms are ALWAYS extremely clean with fresh sheets, towels, etc. Beds are super comfortable and every room has a new 32 inch flat screen tv with cable! The staff at this location is always really friendly and always helpful if you have questions about things outside the motel! If you avoid the stairwells which sometimes smell like marijuana you're guaranteed to have a nice, comfortable, relaxing stay! The area around the motel isn't the greatest but it's safe and it's right next to the light rail and interstate 225 making travel very convenient! Lastly, the prices are the lowest around, usually under $100 for the night, which doesn't reflect the quality of the stay you'll have here! Pet friendly as well and I've never heard a dog barking even though you'll see other guest walking them outside frequently! Because of this location I always stay at a Motel 6 when traveling alone and they've never let me down in over 250 stays! Not a single time which makes for an incredible record! Thanks Motel 6!

I enjoyed my stay there. It was quite nice a lot of homeless people around, but they don’t bother you. It’s not that bad. My heart goes out to them but at the same time this is about my stay. The staff was cool. My room was clean. No complaints.
Rooms: There was some complaints about rooms that my family stayed in. I didn’t get to details. We had a lot of kids with us. They got blamed for a lot of the noise in the hotel but we know that we put them to bed at a certain time but nevertheless, so it might not be so kid, friendly or nice to groups I don’t know you’ll have to be the judge of that, bad review what happened to us and our experience?
