So unbelievably rude. Simply ask to use the restroom and a tall skinny black kid thought it was appropriate to laugh at me simply because they don’t allow customers to use the restroom anymore. You can spend $$$$$ but can’t use the restroom. I will never go there again and will tel all my friends and family. Customer service should be #1 priority. He should t have a job!!!!

Very helpful people working there and very nice. Selection is great, found shoes in my husband's size (15-16) and it didn't break the bank.

We love this location to grab amazing deals on sneakers and apparel alike! The most recent time we were in the store this week, I was assisted by the amazing Zoe(y?) in the sneaker department who went above and beyond to help me pair a matching sweatshirt to a pair of shoes I wanted. She also enlisted the help of KJ on the floor and I was so happy to make a new outfit for me. Zoe treated me with respect and was so nice, I think they are doing something right at this store. Air Max is so comfortable and you can find them crazy discounted here - wanted to shoutout to the gal who checked us out too, Valeria! Thanks to Zoey, KJ and Valeria for helping us out on Monday. Cheers!!
