Shoes are not clearance prices and you're not able to return or exchange if they don't fit... You can find better deals at other stores and have the option of returning the shoes if they don't fit. :(
I also don't agree that they have a big selection of shoes or sizes.

Absolutely reprehensible. Refusing the use of a bathroom to my 4 year old even after we just bought a pair of shoes. The lack of care and courtesy is astonishing, suggesting that I take my son who is about to pee himself to the target on the complete opposite side of the shopping complex. There's no way he'd be able to make it. Thankfully urban air next door wasn't as heartless. Whatever policy is in place that refuses common courtesy and common sense needs to be revisited and revised.

I think as Nike store they must to help the customer if we need make a change of shoes for size. But not. The stuff in the door Just say we not accept any unchanged. Is unjust.

I just stopped at the Nike store and had the best customer service. Your employee Trey went above and beyond helping us find shoes for my son. We stopped by to get a pair of basketball shoes and as a result of his willingness to help us finding the right size shoe in different styles we walked out with several more items we wouldn’t have found on our own. I just wanted to take a moment and call out this great employer as it’s so rare these days to have such great customer service.

There is a limited but decent selection. The women and kids sections have better selections than the mens but both are good. Staff is always friendly.
