I was greeted by a wonderful and thoughtful Shania a Service Representative at the Print Station. She resolved an issue at no extra cost, and that was so sweet. Great people working here…courteous, and so helpful.

No customer support, staff is rude to customers. I watched them make a lady with a cane walk across the store because they did not want to man the regular checkout. Disrespectful.
