Terrible service...there was NO service. Waitress asked if we had been helped because we had no drinks. I told her no, we hadn't and she walked away. This was after about a 30 minute wait. We waited another 10 minutes and walked out. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. We will never go back to that poor excuse for a restaurant.

Got there at 7 pm on a Wednesday. Place was slightly busy because it was draft night and a nuggets playoff game. We get our wings and drinks pretty quickly. Finish them and sit for a while before we realize how long it has taken. Waitress comes out at 8 to tell us the kitchen lost the ticket and they should have the food out in 5 minutes. Management offers us a free dessert. We didn't accept it. Food was fine. Wait wasn't.

One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever received. Arrived with a missing toping and pizza was all tossed around looking. Boneless chicken wings also came with in the wrong flavor. I can account for cold food that has sat and been delivered, but these were embarrassing mistakes. Kind of remarkable how poorly serviced the food was. Maybe the food is treated better in the restaurant, but to-gos are an after thought.

I was able to get a gluten-free cauliflower crust on a build my own pizza. It was delicious. The service was wonderful. The music could have been a bit quieter, but nice. All in all, it was a good experience.

Pretty good beer selection, and pizza is made well. Nice spot for a quick lunch.

Showed up around 5:30pm today and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. We didn’t receive drinks for 20 mins. Took 30 mins to receive appetizer. Received our food at the one hour mark. This old Chicago has really went downhill. We won’t be coming back here.

Came in to enjoy pizza and a couple beers. No host, stood at the entryway for over 10min with the bartender making eye contact with us several times but never saying anything to us. We eventually left. Went to Old Chicago on Iliff again no host but the bartender was very quick to acknowledge us and let us know where we could sit. Our waitress was amazing and very attentive and nice. I get your short staffed, everyone is. But at least acknowledge the customer.

I rate the place a 10 out of 10, I had a take-out order, and it was amazing, and their hostess was especially very helpful. She was very kind and patient, along with it being very helpful when it came to the menu!

Got there on Saturday for lunch. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes with nobody contacting us. Our server did NOT come to at least ask what drinks we want, let alone greet us. Our server walked by a couple times without even saying a word to us and didn't even make eye contact. It was as if we weren't even there. A couple came after us and they got their drinks, while we still just sat there waiting for someone to greet us. We just walked out. Won't be coming here again.

Very bad service, we waited half an hour at the entrance and no one came to help us, the waiters had a very bad attitude, this place was a disaster.

the service was not good for take out. It took more than 15 minutes to get helped. The food was good.
