Employee #3606927 and the manager who helped her were very rude today. The manager was much more disrespectful than the other employee. We were charged full price when the sign says 40% off in the store as well as online. Immediately they both had an attitude and were disrespectful. The manager was interrupting my husband and I as we were trying to explain the situation. It was mind blowing how rude the manger was. Very unprofessional. CHECK ONLINE PRICES BEFORE BUYING IN STORE

I was helped by a lady called Nimmi and she was extremely rude! When I was talking she kept interrupting me and when I accidentally mentioned something wrong she rolled her eyes and had a snotty look on her face. She was very rude and I’m super disappointed

I came In on Saturday looking for items for my babies. I was charged TWICE, while being told the first card I used didn’t go through. The charges had been in “ pending “ status on my card so I was thinking it was going to fall off . Monday when the actual charge posted I contacted the store spoke to Alissa/Alyssa who literally didn’t care about anything I said … the first thing that came out of her mouth was “ you can call your bank” instead of apologizing for a mistake THEY made. She didn’t give me any other options, neither did she apologize. In the middle our conversation I was also placed on a hold and then HUNG UP ON . You think I got a call back? Nope . I had to call back In . She was very unprofessional, I asked for the manager and she argued with me before giving the name Justin. She mentioned Justin was on vacation and there was no assistance manager, the customer service these days Is so crazy! I miss the good service that actually made you want to shop their again.. I will never shop at this store again .

Shelves were stocked, not necessarily in size order, but they did have stuff in stock. You had to check around the area because they were mixed, probably from people putting things back wrong. The staff were busy but available for assistance when asked. Not too long of a check out line. It's in a large shopping center so you can find parking; maybe not really close, but there are usually some spots open.

Everyone is friendly here but I agree- they need more carts for people shopping with little ones! It’s very hard to shop as a parent without a cart.

The store is great. Unfortunately though, there is only one cart for the entire store. As a mom of a 1 and 2 year old, this made my shopping experience extremely difficult. If I had known ahead of time I would’ve brought a stroller. Great store, nice staff, just doesn’t seem super parent friendly.
