Wanted to buy a jacket they had on a mannequin and they wouldn't let me! It was the only one in stock at the store. I wanted it. They had it. They refused to take it off the mannequin. Instead they wanted me to leave and drive back to the store to pick one up after they got one transferred over! They said the District Manager told them not to sell off the mannequin because they are doing inventory. I have been a receiving manager at a FAR bigger store with FAR more items on hand than Old Navy has. I ran the tightest inventory in our district and was asked to oversee the inventory of the worst store in that district. I understand retail inventory. I also understand retail-you sell product. That is 100% what you do in retail. Of course they could have sold me this item and still kept their inventory tight. The district manager just doesn't have anyone in place they trust enough to keep tabs on such things. Learn how to hire. Learn how to train. Learn how to count. Learn how retail sales work. Your policy resulted in refusing to sell an item that you absolutely had, that was absolutely for sale. The sweet clerk was appalled and very apologetic about the situation. It was obvious she was watching from an objective POV and thought it was absurd.

Today I went to this store to grab only two things which was fine, however when I got to the cashier, the person who took care of me seemed to be bother with my presence, she didn't say hi, she didn't ask if everything was OK, she didn't ask if I had a coupon or phone number with them or anything.
I felt like I was treated with some racism actually
KICZIA is her name.
I doubt I come back to this store just cause of that lady.
In a clothing store, Customer Service and being nice to customer is probable the TOP Characteristic needed.
If I could provide a minus 5 star I'd do it.

Came in to exchange some things and the employees were so so nice! Anna I believe was her name well it started with a A lol she was working the morning shift was super sweet and was awesome at helping me! :)

Michael the assistant manager, hope I spelled it right, is a first class manager. He should be running his own store. His customer service skills are second to none. He showed me where the blazers were or were not at this location, then called another store to secure one for me. He even gave me advice on color to choose. I never shopped at old navy before, but will now because of Michael's customer service.

I visited this store and was absolutely amazed by how organized everything was. Every item had its own designated spot and was easy to find. The store had a wide selection of clothes and shoes to choose from, but it never felt overwhelming thanks to the clear and intuitive layout.It was refreshing to be able to easily browse through clothes without having to sift through a disorganized mess. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to offer suggestions and advice without being pushy.Not only was the store organized, but it was also well-maintained. Everything was clean and tidy, which added to the overall pleasant shopping experience.I highly recommend this store.

Visited noon on a Saturday and surprisingly, very few customers so very comfortable shopping and no wait for spot in the fitting room.This branch, this time, had a lot more sizes and varieties of most goods I have spotted online.Staff were friendly.Parking won't be a problem.
