Omnicare is run by incompetents and crooks: They overcharge for drugs, even stooping to shady practices like filling a 30 day prescription in 7-day intervals to avoid payment caps. Billing is a mess, customer service is nearly non existent (they rarely answer the phone, and whoever does answer never has any authority to actually do anything to fix a problem). Local pharmacies will do delivery and all of them accept discounts from places like GoodRx which Omnicare won't. Bottom line, never accept the institution's default pharmacy if it's Omnicare.

My mother who is in hospice care missed 2 rounds of medication because of their slow delivery. After 24 hours, they still only delivered a partial order. She is still missing 2 medications.

They won't stop calling and soliciting. My number has been on the do not call registry since 2006. I've explained this and they still call. Are they hunting for drug customers to pay all the damages in the lawsuits they lost?

Live in assisted living facility an have been without a needed med for 1-3 days at least a few times. it seriously impacts my quality of life on those days. do not put this pharmacy in charge of your medications!

This is the worst pharmacy to have to work with. Never getting medications at the facility when needed. Orders sent in timely manner and still don't receive them from Omni-care as needed. The last 24 hours have been going back and forth with them trying to get a narcotic for a patient. No one is on the same page they are total confusion.

Worst company to work for. General manager is a crazy snake. Head of human resources should be the devils assistant.
