Walked in to this store to pick up a part that was ordered two different times that was incorrect. The minute I walked im to the store a man aggressively came at me and said I’m not allowed to carry my purse inside the store. I just spent 150$ at this store to only be singled out for being a WOMEN and having a purse! I will never do business with this company again! And if you’re a WOMEN I would highly suggest not shopping here! Poor customer service and very Rude employees!!! Taking purse just to shop here because they think you’ll put something in it!!!! Why would I spend 150$ then steal something? A building full of men asking a Women to leave their purse at the door! Sounds more like the men here might Steal something from my Purse! This is uncalled for and I was singled out for being a women! It’s hard enough going on to one of these shops! Filled with all MEN! Then to be attacked for having a Purse! These company obviously has something against women! I’m disappointed I wasted my money here! Women being disrespected the minute they walk in!

I just called and asked for someone who spoke Spanish and they left me on the line what way to work if you don't like your job don't work they take away customers from the stores because of your lazy way of working leave the job for someone who needs it (It was a young man who answered in case the owner wants to know who it was on June 24, 2024 at 4:26 pm

O'Reilly Auto Parts has consistently been my go-to for all my automotive needs.
