I have been a customer of this store for years, and it is difficult to find a person who helps you as much as Noé. This day we reached temperatures of -2⁰ and he still helped me put the battery in my truck.

Young girl at the front desk very very disrespectful no help with customer service at all we spend over $100,000 a year this location very very sad service from there not one employee would help a customer worst service ever

Worst place I ever been .. did not make the sale because they didn't have change.. ridicules. This store needs to be close down due to lack of customer service.. we need and a advance auto parts to replace this stire.. never shopping here again.

Store on 6th & Chambers told store on S. Havana that they had my parts, then sold me parts one number off. Didn't have correct parts when I returned. Store on Colfax and Lima had the correct parts, plus the store had a professional atmosphere and staff were polite and helpful.

I have went to this o'reilly's store on 4 occasions over the last 10 months each occasion I have been treated like a second class citizen And without respectJust today I had the store person order a part , Was told to come back at 4 came back at 4:20 and was treated rudely and was left in line until I was the last person every Spanish-speaking person in the store was helped before me , Even though there was 3 other o'reilly attendants doing nothing but kicking it in Spanish. The manager literally walked by me with his money back in hand giving each of his attendants high five's while no one helped me and 1 other elderly person in the store. I am an elderly person with a cane this is how they treat meAs far as I'm concerned it was racist and I'll never shop there again

You need to stop hiring all these kids that have no respect and think it's funny to talk down to a customer. After looking for $5 item. I was pushed aside to help a customer that had more things to purchase than I did. You cannot say who can I help next and then push the customer aside because they're not spending enough money in your store Me being a female should not matter and I should not be pushed aside to help a male in the store. You should send someone to retrain your employees on customer service and how not to stand around on their phones ignoring customers. The store looks a mess. Here's a picture of you ignorant employee.
