I bought the high mileage oil the from tall man he said it the best you can drive 7000-10000 miles with it.
when drive to 3342 miles the oil change is light get on I went back there, there was a lady she is very rude she told bull shit nonsense It was not acceptable to me.
Don’t ever buying anything from OReilly they are lier.

Fast, quick stop. Got what I needed, talked to Ken about truck and issues. He is always professional and helpful. Stop in here whenever I need automotive products/parts. Came in and grabbed antifreeze and window washer fluid. Left happy with what I needed

Of the area that I'm in? This is one of the best part stores. Aurora is a different animal and finding a place to go that isn't extremely "ghetto" is difficult. Awesome staff, well informed individuals working behind the counter here 🤘

I bought a 235.00 battery that lasted 2 years, with a 3-year warranty! I went to claim the warranty and they put an old battery from 2019 on me 10 months ago and now they can't solve anything for me, this is a theft, because they already replaced it, my battery was newer in 2021, I, a 69-year-old person, is an abuse 😡

So this location has a sign on your window that says we turn brake rotors, but no one at this location knows how to do it so you send them to another location. Take down the false advertising so it doesn’t mislead customers

I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts for the first time. I needed coolant. The gentleman who helped me was so kind and courteous. I told him I know nothing about cars. So he put the coolant in for me. Thank you so much! I appreciated the kindness!

I stopped here in the middle of a weekday afternoon because my engine was overheating due to a bad coolant leak. The manager, Josue, took a look under the hood, filled the reservoir with coolant and we both could see the coolant leaking right out through the hose. He advised me to go up the street to Feshaye Automotive because he knew they would take care of me because I would likely run out of the coolant that he added before getting home. I visited Feshaye where the two managers were discussing my emergency on the phone when I walked in. Thanks to Josue, Feshaye took my car in and repaired it while I waited, at a fair price. I will go out of my way to buy my auto parts at this O'Reilly in the future thanks to their outstanding service!
