I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received from Luis and Evan! I was completely stranded with a dead battery and no tow service available for at least three hours and my cell phone battery less than 8%. With no way to get my car to the store, I thought I was out of options—until I called Luis and Evan.
Not only did they remotely help me identify the exact battery I needed, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I had all the necessary tools to successfully replace it myself. Their patience, knowledge, and willingness to help saved me from a long, frustrating wait and an unnecessary tow.
Thanks to their guidance, I was able to get my car back up and running without any hassle. If you ever need auto parts or expert advice, I highly recommend stopping by O’Reilly’s and asking for Luis or Evan.

Pleasant service, there were a few customers at the front registers but an employee noticed i was having some trouble finding the correct oil filter and was able to come help me out which i really appreciated 😅

This particular one is definitely my favorite O'Reilly's. Armando and the rest of the staff are super helpful and friendly. Help me confirm that my old alternator was bad before I went through the hassle of installing the new one. Good stock and selection of parts and price match policy.

!!!WARNING!!! Poor business practices!
There is a HUGE sign in the lobby (photo taken) that states that this location price-matches auto parts as long as it's from a repetitive location.
After speaking to the manager on the phone (Nick was it?), and the manager agreeing to price match, then walking miles to the store to complete the transaction, they refused to price match because, “we need to make money, profit off of the part.”
Excuse me?? That's called poor business, not upholding to your verbal and posted word, and being a scam!
I was on the phone with customer service attempting to resolve the issue at hand, and they provided my contact information to the district manager named Rick.
Has Rick contacted me? No… and he won't. I've already taken my business elsewhere, and I will not be returning.
Nick does not have the skills for his position. I feel bad that they will lose more business over that individual (see review below mine) :(.

I have been doing business with this location for going on 9 years I commercial account there I am a mobile mechanic and and I spend anywhere from $100-$1000 a day there it’s always been a good location until recently. I went to this location today for some oil change items and as far as the employees and customer service goes, they were great a very helpful.
However, I went to the restroom towards the back of the store and as soon as I turned on the light I straight up saw a mouse running from the toilet and it ran under the wall, as there was significant decay in the base of the walls in there. It was pretty gross. I think that bathroom and a lot of the building could use some renovation.
