Gene was the man that helped me, he rushed me when i was asking for help, he was rude, has no business in customer service and should retire if he is grumpy instead of taking his anger out on customers, and the worst part of it all he didnt refund me money i was owed for a core charge.

The sad part about the store is they got rid of the blonde manager stupid move real stupid, this place is gonna go downhill, not having her there. She was an asset to this place. Best manager you've had in the last 10 years, how sad? I can't believe you guys let her go I will not be back to buy stuff from you guys.She is the reason why I kept coming back

The guys were WONDERFUL!!. I purchased a new battery which became a difficult removal and installation. They were patient and determined. I was most appreciative for their assistance and tenacity. Thank you!

Please do not sit and quiz me on how a car works. I came in asking for a battery and if it wasn't that I knew it had to be a starter or ignitor. No need to ask me what connects to what like some child. Also yes, I was able to get the battery out with my little screw driver kit.

This location is low class and just depressing! Employees have zero knowledge of cars, they play secular music in a “profession-establishment”. There’s always freight unloaded on the floor and gotta step over it, and the social vibe just seems oppressive with customers whom have a grumpy look/line is slower anything I’ve ever waited in.

Mahkrysta ran a diagnostic test on my car, told me what part I needed, and how that part would fix the problem I had with my car accelerating. She presented me with all my options and allowed me to then make an informed decision about my vehicle. Very happy with the knowledgeable and friendly service.

I personally think you should know atleast 1 thing about cars to work here. I just needed low profile fuses which they didnt have any. I asked if they had some somewhere else, the young hispanic behind the counter told me to use a to long and overpowered fuse in my car and it'll be fine, which I responded that will be a very bad idea. I don't know much but I know that. He asked his co-workers (2 other hispanic youths) and neither knew why that would be a bad idea.
