Came in yesterday and asked if they could do a diagnostic on my car and some young guy with tatoos on his neck just gave me the machine for me to do it myself. When I asked him to do it, he gave me a look as if I was incoviencing him. Why work there, if you don't want to help people. I have went to other O'Reilly locations and received great customer service. This one in GVR is the worst.

The kid in there lied to me about my car battery and told me it had a different serial number on it but the battery was on the computer, so I doubled checked and it was the right serial number, then he told me he doesn't know how to put it on and no one in this store knows how to put it on ,so I went to the O'Reilly on chambers and they gave me the best customer service and this happened today around 8:45am 1/17/2025

Knowledgeable team. If it's not in stock or needs to be ordered, you don't have to worry. They usually have it in a day or two from my experience, but it doesn't necessarily take them long to get it.

Twice within the last 3 weeks, I ordered something that was "in stock" and ready for pick up in an hour. Both times, they didn't respond within an hour and I subsequently found out it was because they didn't have the items in stock.
Real waste of time. Recommend you call to check on inventory... don't be like me and trust their website

Don’t waste your time coming here , staff is for lack of a Better word - Useless, They will literally go back and forth arguing between them as to who has to suffer the burden of servicing the next customer in line. It’s worth driving the extra couple of miles and finding an AutoZone. Never coming back to this location.

Quick and easy to find parts and hassle free in returns with receipts. Parking is tight so definitely pull up cautiously to business.
