I placed my order through the app and was missing an entire entree when I got home and opened the container. Tried to call The store several times with out anyone answering and then even tried to reach out through the website to get this corrected. I do not recommend the Smokey Hills Location.

Portions have gotten a lot smaller and the prices have gone up. I guess that status quo for 2024.

Went in, they were out of orange chicken, lo mein, string bean chicken breast, kung pao chicken.. I know it’s 1 hour before you guys close but there were still cars coming in and customers coming in.. yet they decided to start cleaning and not wanting to make new food. Their response was “we are out”.. very dissapointed… managers should be disappointed in themselves letting this go on.

If you're ordering early, the food is absolutely atrocious. It seems like they serve unsold food from the previous day to the early orders the next day. I have had 3 separate occasions where 10:30am orders are delivered dry, under sauced, and far less flavorful than any given lunch order.Panda Express has been, in the past, reportedly caught over saucing old food in an attempt to re sell it at a later date. ( Over sauced food tends to re moisturize the dryness of the meat), but I wasn't even given that courtesy. 3 times in a row, the Beijing beef and orange chicken were almost completely void of sauce, dry and tasteless. The rice was dryer than the sahara desert and the noodles were almost as hard as under cooked pasta. And they certainly were not fresh. and in that manner, the food seemed overcooked to a char and almost certainly inedible. In the case of the orange chicken, I felt like I was eating the consistency of FRIED chicken without the benefit of proper seasoning. It was horrible.Given the lunch menu, I think that this time is the proper and prime time to get their food. As with most restaraunts, their busiest timeframe is lunch hour. So usually you will get fairly fresh food considering the amount of food demanded vs. the food put out. So it is more consistently cooked and therefore fresher quality for the consumer. I get the fact that they're trying to maximize profits off of wasted food at the end of the day, but there really is no excuse to serve food the way I obtained it. I'm not looking for gourmet Chinese bistro in Panda Express. I am simply looking for decently prepared Americanized Chinese food at a decent cost. And if they're failing at that, then there is a much bigger issue at hand.I would only recommend this location for lunch, and even then, you might be left wondering if the food you're eating is an unsold batch from the previous day. As I have not experienced this problem at any other panda express, I will be writing corporate about the issue here, since neither quality of management, or service principles have improved. but I'm sure their profit margins have....

I like Panda express but this location needs some serious help. I have been here several times and the people behind the counter are acting like they have no common sense. One nice girl put together my whole order and then started on the next. After I was standing there for a while she was asking “whose supposed to be working register” when some girl who just has been standing there said “I am”. So the girl pointed at me and said that I’ve been waiting and she just said ok and continued to stand there. Like horrible costumer service!!! Then when she took my card to eventually pay (and had to take it somewhere cause I guess the register was broken), she handed me my card and then started on the next guys payments while my food was sitting behind the counter. After he paid we both sat there until a different person eventually came and bagged our food. A 5 minute exchange took over 15 because of these inefficient workers with no work ethic.

You’re better off getting food from workers who don’t hate their jobs. The cashier with the scruffy beard that works here definitely hates his life and made online pickup a headache. Having to show my entire order receipt WHILE I’ve said my name multiple times. The man didn’t go to check the receipt on the order but instead told me “I don’t need your attitude I’m just doing my job.” I’ll spend the extra gas to go to the Parker road location where I don’t have to argue to pickup the food that has my name on it. This has only further solidified my disappointment with this location since it’s opening..

This was the best customer service I have ever seen!! I placed an order online. I didn’t realize that I did pick up instead of delivery. I called the store and talked to the amazing manager! Not only did she hand deliver our food but she also brought an incredible stuffed animal for our daughter! I have never seen anything like this!!!

Wrong order, again. Missing food, again. Can’t refund me unless we come all the way back to the store. Just ridiculous, 3 cars in line and can’t get the food right. Don’t bother wasting time or money here.

The food is tasty but...the staff are absolute zombies. Robots...especially the chubby guy that works the line. Everytime I come here something is out, i get protiens time to time but how do you run put of fried rice ? I'm a manager at panera bread.. how would it look if we ran out of soup or bread.. they pay 22 an hour at this panda.. please get better. Also you can help more than one person at a time inside..drive thru isn't the only way you sell food. Greet customers when they enter. Sheesh
