1st time ever in the store years ago I was met with the WORST condescending sales rep. So I try to go in today to look at merchandise. Same guy from years ago greets me(only part of the interaction that was decent). Before we can get into what I'm looking to buy I'm met with this item is this amount when I wasn't asking the price red flag 1. Then precedes to to stereo type me. Still the worst pawn shop on colfax hands down.

Place is full of junk, and prices are not reasonable for the condition of the item, age, and/or market value. Most items I saw could be found at the other pawn shop within walking distance, for a better price, condition, and with a much more polite and welcoming owner/operator. Will not be back.

Every bad thing you associate with pawn shops? This place has them all. Rude staff, unorganized shop, awful prices, and smug/condescending sales people. Somehow making Colfax an even worse place

Stopped in to browse a few years ago. Found a beautiful SG guitar for a reasonable price. Purchased it & play it all the time. Happy customer.

Do not bring your guns to sell here . The employee cut me off in the middle of my sentence to say he can’t offer what I would want not even close . Total rip off to come and sell a gun here . They will give you almost nothing

i wish i could rate this shop a ZERO. when you walk in you get a good whiff of what smells like an old thrift store. you could probably catch covid from just being in there. very dirty place to that they need to clean & organize, pretty sure i saw a mouse, but let's not get into that. the staff is extremely rude, and they lowball like crazy. don't even waste your time coming here unless you want to get offered $20 the staff needs to listen to the customer and not snap back with a smart a** comment

I am upset because I got off work at 5:00 get over to this pawn shop to get my package from UPS and y'all are closed please change your hours for UPS because had I would have known that you guys are open until 5:00 Tuesday through Saturday I would have sent my package somewhere else to pick it up this is food okay I need to put that in the freezer ASAP thank God it wasn't nothing Frozen cuz I would have been highly upset

Employee comes up to me and says "oh man I drank so much last night, oh yeah and I drank beers and smoked a joint before I came to work today. Good thing I didn't eat any eggs because they give me the s**ts." Disgusting. Come here if you want to try to deal with drunk and high employees. I was here before noon. Shop is a mess. On top of it they have an item priced at $599 that retails for $549 new, free shipping with warranty from professional stores. They usually sell for $350 used so come here if you want to pay double. I left fast. Won't be back.
