This location is absolutely horrible. Bobby, was told, upon our arrival, that our lexus spare tire was put on our flat and we needed it back. Once my boyfriend went to pick up our vehicle, he noticed that the spare tire and rim was missing. Bobby said that he put a note on our account regarding the details about the spare. He then stated that the mechanic must have thrown the tire away and he would “make it right”! It has now been over 3 months and we still have no spare nor rim for our vehicle. My boyfriend calls at least once a week and every time Bobby says “we haven’t gotten anything yet, but i’m keeping a look out.” We just want his Lexus rim and tire back. However, Bobby and the other person we spoke with, seem too incompetent to make this situation right! This place and company is a joke.

Had an oil leak on my vehicle took it in overcharged. I had a previous company look at it. Pep Boys overbid it, but I thought it’s closer to the house and they done a good job before but this time not so good. Had to take it back for the same repair I believe they fix it, but the whole undercarriage of the engine was covered with the oil, just some professional two in a hurry.

I have been going to this location for several years and have always been pleased with the service. They are always fair in pricing. As a women I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I highly recommend them.

Took my car here for a check engine light. My car has an extended warranty and I informed them immediately. The warranty company actually recommended this shop. They called to tell me the diagnosis and told me that I'd have to pay the diagnosis fee. I told them that's not how it works, the warranty will cover that once the diagnosis is called in and that I've used this warranty before. Surjat (I'm not sure this is the spelling) is one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever spoken to. He argued with me, likely because he thought I was just a stupid woman, then proceeded to hang up on me. 15 minutes later my husband called and he sure didn't speak to my husband that way. Oddly enough, the warranty worked exactly as I told him it would and they paid the diagnosis fee.
I will say the other gentlemen I spoke with were incredibly nice which is part of why I chose this location. The car was repaired.
Update 1.31.25- check engine light with same issue came up today. Guess it's not fixed.

Guys at the desks seem lost, they can't tell you when the service was completed so you can pick up your vehicle, and I've been there a few times because it's convience being down the street they manage mistakes in both my first and last name and can't fix it with out creating a new profile which I find rather insulting fire stone is about 1 mile down the road east bound on your right side

Unfortunately, I have to change my review from 5 to 1, because after paying when picking up my car, they told me my payment was “declined” and I would have to be charged again. When I contacted my bank, my bank told me that pep boys had accepted my payment and I should request a refund with them. After going back and forth with my bank, pep boys costumer service, as well as the manager in the store, the manager told me that he could not refund me the first payment and I was stuck paying the 1k (originally only supposed to be $500) or he would not return my car to me. I am shocked at the 180 customer service I received from the morning when I dropped of my car alone to the terrible service my wife and I received when we picked up the car. This place is shady and a scam.

I came to get my breaks done because they quoted me a good price. My wife dropped the car off at 8am and the car was ready at 1:30. My wife paid the $570 over the phone and they told me the card was declined, yet the money was out of our account. They told us to call our bank so we did and our bank told us that the payment went through! They wouldn’t give me back my car without an additional payment of $570. The manager told us he can’t guarantee that we will get our money back from the first payment but he wasn’t giving my car back with out more money. We paid $1142 for rear breaks at pep boys.

They were nice when they answered the phone but keep hanging up. Then never got back on the phone when I kept calling back. Way to do business. Was not the first time a this has happened. Just for a quote

This shop is very clean, and the employees are very friendly. I have taken my car here 2-3 times now and have had no issues. They did a great job on my new tires and brakes! Feels like I have a brand-new car! The front desk team is knowledgeable. Thank you!

Extremely unprofessional. The staff there are blatantly ProTrump and incredibly disrespectful about it. It's the fact that his political view was brought up in such a weird and out of place/unrelated way that I know it was only brought up because I'm a black woman. SIMPLY STANGE BEHAVIOR.
